[Resolved] Bajaj Pulsar 150cc — engine noise problem is not solved by service | |||
I purchased my new pulsar bike from bajaj on 13.04.2012.After that Bike has been replaced due to engine noise and chain sprocket problem on 18.04.2012. In that bike also problem is there such as carburetor overflow and Engine noise. They had replaced carburetor and told me engine noise will be arrested in First Service. But after first service also engine noise problem is not solved.Then I have consulted my mechanic he had told me crankshaft and cylinder bore is damaged. I had mentioned that problem to Anna nagar KLN Bajaj Service. Even though they replaced crankshaft and cylinder, Engine Noise problem is there. A.Stanley Johnson, General Manager,Anna nagar KLN Bajaj Service, agreed about noise problem after test drive my bike. He assured me that he will repaired after 10 days and asked me to mail him that problem is solved. But i have not done it because i have suspicious about him. He had closed that complaint without my knowledge.Complaint reference number is CR-105959. I have given my bike on 28.07.2012 at KLN Bajaj, Redhills.Still Now They have not solved problem of bike and also they are sending speed post in which they have mentioned that penalty will be charged for not receiving bike, even though i have told them problem is not solved. Vehicle Number ; TN - 20 -AP - 6149Name : VB.Kothandaraman.
I had given my vehicle Pulsar in LKLN, Ambattur service center.But there is no proper response.I need the actions immediately..I had given the vehicle on last friday and till now there is no response.Iam going to take severe actions if my vehicle is not coming today.
