[Resolved]  Bajaj Pulsar Dealers Sri Vinayaka Mobikes Service Centre (Kachiguda) &rahul Auto Bajaj (Begumpet — Bajaj Pulsar DTSI Same problem after replacing Engine

I kindly request you to intervene and do justice.


This is M.R.Sri.Venkateshwara, i purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSI on May 4, 2007 from SRI VINAYAKA MOBIKES PVT LTD.i had gave regularly bike servicing at SRI VINAYAKA MOBIKES service centre KACHIGUDA only.On November 13, 2009 there was some problem with my bike noise is comoing from the engine, when we went to "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre they inform us that there is some problem with the engine.However, they are not revealing what is the exact problem.We requested then to proceseed further for the repair, Mr. Harish Goud who was the Service incharge at that time he took me outside the service centre and told me that it will cost around Rs. 6,000.00 to Rs. 7,000.00 for the repair with the bill, however, he insisted us to pay only Rs. 3,000.00, so that he will do with out bill and he will change complete engine.

We suspect some thing phishy and we dont want to fall in his plan, we went to the cash counter and request them to produce complete bill for the repair.

We went after bike is repaired, at that time we saw only upper part of the engine was changed, however, lower part of the engine was the old one.When we went to Mr. Harish Goud he is not ready to speak with us, he told us that lower part will not be changed, in hurrry he asked us to pay the complete amount of Rs. 1792.38 (LABOUR CHARGES) + Rs. 8608.00 (PARTS COST) when we asked them to surrender the old parts they informed us that they dispose the parts in the dust bin.We paid the complete amount beleiving that complete engine was changed.We tested the bike and found that some sound is coming from that engine which was not there when we gave the bike before repair, lot of smoke was ejecting from the silencer.There was no pick up in the bike after the engine was changed, we came imidiately to
"RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre and complained abount the same, then they ask us to meet Mr. Harish Goud ( Service Incharge ), he informed us that the engine is new and it will take 3 to 4 services for the engine to be free, we dont have any knowledge about the bike at that time.I went again on the next day morning befor going to office, there i waited for 2 long hours, after that Mr. Harish Goud ( Service Incharge ) came, i told him that when statred the bike some sound is coming and there was no pick up at all, he again told me that there is no problem with the engine, he asked one of the mechanic to tightened the engine chamber.

Again there was lot of problem with the engine as starting there was some busting sound inside the engine, i went once again to the RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ service centre begumpetagain they said that they cant do any thing, this smoke will come for some time and after 3 to 4 services every thing will be alright.

We went from there and thought of not coming once again as there was no proper response from "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre ( Begumpet ), even after changing the engine problem was doubled.After that we never visited "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre and gave all our services at "SRI VINAYAKA" service centre Kachiguda, there also they told that there is problem with the engine.When we informed them that engine was replaced at "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre they also not commenting on that.At last service supervisor Mr. Naveen from "SRI VINAYAKA" service centre Kachiguda told me to speak with the head of "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre (Hyderabad).

I contacted Mr, Reddy on Mobile Number [protected], he asked to contac Mr. Lous ( Mechanic) and disconnected the phone. Mr. Lous with out asking about the problem, told me that there is no problem with the engine, when i told him that i need to change engine oil for every 15 days then he said that there is no problem. Then i connected the phone to Mr. Naveen service supervisor from " SRI VINAYAKA MOBIKES" service centre KACHIGUDA, then Mr. Naveen explain complete problem to Mr. Lous
that there is problem with the engine as white smoke was ejecting from the engine and engine has to be replced,as he is doing services for my bike, then Mr. Lous shouted at Mr. naveen and started abusing Mr, Naveen that he have half knowledge and they are not perfect to run service centre.Then Mr. Naveen disconnceted the phone.

I called Mr. reddy ( Head of RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ, begumpet) and explain him my problem, he informed me that "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre was shut down, he sacked Mr. Harish Goud ( Service Incharge ) and others as there were many complaint against them. I requested Mr. Reddy to do the needful. Mr. Reddy from "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre begumpet called me on my mobile number [protected] and statred shouting at me and he told me in very rough language that " I[censored] take the bike from service senter and if we ride the bike for 1k.m or 10K.M or 100K.M then compnany is not responsible for the engine performance.he told me in very rude language that " WHAT EVER YOU WANT YOU CAN DO ".After that i went to the "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" service centre to collect my bike there Mr. Reddy send four people,they cornered me and took my signature forcibly on a white paper. In that 4 people Mr. Lous who was service mechanic he told me that " saab aab kuch nahi hota, aa log ( Mr. Harish Goud and othere ) bahut paisa banaya kareeb 6 se 7 lakhs aur bank mein jama kardiys, abhi to Harish ko nikal diya". We cannot do any thing in your case, if you want you can come to us for the complete engine replacement which will be charged around Rs. 6,000.00.

Respected Sir,

My questions are:
1. Is this the service providing for the innocent customers?
2. As we dont have any idea regarding bike mechanism, is this the way Authorised service centre behave with the customers?
3. If Authorised service centre is doing like this then wehere we can give our bikes for servicing?
4. When my bike engine is totally changed then why there are charges collected for Lathe work, handle bar replacement, chain SPROCKET replacement.
5. After changing 23 parts in my bikes engine which are wanted and unwanted, even then engine has to be replaced with in a year, is life of new engine is one year or 10,000.00 k.m.?
6. Why they have changed other parts when i not requested? ( handle bar,chain SPROCKET, chain SPROCKET kit)
7. Even after changing 23 engine parts why i need to replace the engine once again with in one year?
8. How there was 2 different opinions of the same engine by same authorised service centres of BAJAJ {"SRI VINAYAKA MOBIKES" SERVICE CENTRE( KACHIGUDA) and "RAHUL AUTO BAJAJ" SERVICE CENTRE ( BEGUMPET)}.

I need to talk to the headoffice of the bajaj service center in Hyderabad regarding begumpet branch .
I have given my Avenger 150 to service and I have taken my bike on 8 Aug 17, some parts whr missing then I asked the manager. About that then he is replacing them with second handed parts by saying mechanic has forgotten itseems, soo what's the need for me to fit with second handed one as I used to have new one of my bike . I strongly complain on the service center for there least bothering n caring of customer vehicles.
