[Resolved]  Bajaj Pulsar Service & Repainting — Vehicle service not completed


I had given my Pulsar (150 C.C) bearing registration No. TN 07 AW 0574 for re-painting and service on 05.01.2009 to your authorised Service Centre, namely, Jai Bajaj, Adyar, chennai.

The vehicle was given on the assurance of theservice engineer that it would be ready within a maximum of 10 days and also at the same time requested for grace period of a maximum of another 5 days, which was agreed by me.

However, in spite of my repeated follow-ups and requests, the vehicle has not yet been serviced and handed over to me till date.

I have been suffering a lot for my transportation needs. Request the Bajaj Management to appropriate action against the authorised service centre and enable the early completion of service of my vehicle.

Bajaj Probiking service is horrible. I have to take my bike to the service center atleast 4 to 5 times immediately after service because of new complaints originating after service. Out of the 11 service i have done i only found just one satisfactory. Adayar Chennai probiking service is horrible

hi this is adarsh i do own a pulsar 220 bought on 17oct2008 i am tired of reporting the problems! and the problem are i do have a vibration in the bike, i am not getting the 100% pul and power in the bike ant @ last the worst thing in the bike is GEAR SLIPING its 1st to neutrel 4 to 3 or 5to 4 some time it stays not shifted and the throtel gets high NOTE: the workshop people r not able to feel the problem on their test ride but on my every day ride i am getting sucked
and no one has the capabel to solve some problem and iits a shame to BAJAJ
Hi All,

2 days before i gave my pulsar bike to them. they said many of parts need to be replace.. i agree to them.. after 2 days i went there and did the test drive.. nothing is improve in my bike.. but they charged 3700...

so plz dont go to jai bajaji service adayar... local service better than company service..

* I have purchased PULSAR 150 in JAI Bhaji @ Adyar withe extra cost of 1000 compared to otheer dealers.

* I have got wrong address in thee Insurance, till now i am not able to change thee address withe JAI Bhaji services.

* I have given 1st service on 6the Nov 2012 morning 8:30 Am, theey have not responded to my service, in thee evening i have called @ 5:30Pm to thee reception no:[protected], thee persons are not responding properly. "you come sir it may be ready" like theat theey are giving reply. i have called more thean 3 times for my bike service status but not got proper response.

theey are providing worst service and response.

please don't go withe JAI Bhaji.
