[Resolved]  Bangalore Passport Office — passport not received

My name is Sheetal S H, I had applied for the passport on 25/01/2010, But still I have not received my passport, on 03/07/2010 the status was shown it will dispatch on 5/07/2010 and also personally i had been to passport office Bangalore, they said within week you will get your passport. But now the status is showing the passport is line for allotment of passport no. PLEASE HELP ME OUT

Kindly reply with the status of my passport file no BN[protected] . Still not come for police verification even after 45 days. Application tracking shows review at RPO but RPO bangalore there is no one to pick the calls.
