[Resolved] Bangalore Post Office — Speed post not delivered | |
Dear Sir, I had sent a Speed Post letter on 12th December 2009 with tickets for 18th December 2009. I had confirmed that it will reach to the destionation Nanded on 14th or 15th December 2009. The number for docket was EK[protected]IN. It never reached till now. I wanted to cancel the i-Ticket due to change in travel plan but I can not because this requires the ticket I sent. When I lauched online complain on http://www.indiapost.gov.in/ with number[protected], it was closed without even informing me. It stated the document was received but we never did. The post office at Nanded says it never got the document from B'lore or even it reached Aurangabad office.When I called CC number [protected], I got same response as[protected] in strong words. Even the official web-site does not show the current status post bangalore. I want to launch an official complain as I am loosing Rs 1872 towards the ticket. I have aluached another complain on the same site(http://www.indiapost.gov.in/) with number[protected] but no responses yet. Please suggest how shall I proceed. Was this information helpful? | |

My speed post sent on 04/01/10 bearing no:EK[protected]IN, but yet to reach the destination.
I am going to loose an opportunity to travel abroad due to speed post delay
How pathetic our Indian postal service,
Due to corruption, people who is working in govt services are incapable (not even competent enough to read & understand ).

Firstly people (who is working in speed post deptt) must understand the meaning of Speed post & should feel the responsibility (Work is worship). Mistakes will not happen again & again.

This is Guruthirtha from Kalyananagar, Nagarabhavi, Bangalore-72.
I want to lodge the complaint against the post man whose name is 'Manju' who works in the Nagarabhavi post office Bangalore, He is not able to identify the simple address located in the Kalynanagar.
I have received so many post from speed services but none of them confused about my residential, they served very well. But this poor fellow called me one day and told that yua are having the post and your address is wrong, your address is does not exists. after hearing those words from him i wondered what happened to my area vanished or what? I want to know this stupid fellow as in the govt office willing to work or just coming to the office for time pass, stupid fellow not able to identify the single address located in the main area.
when i gone to post office his behaviour was uncultured, uncivilized and he was just wasting the entire post office time with some other stupid guys.
kindly take this issue with seriously and take action against these nonsense fellows...

I have 2 bad experiences with postal delivery in Bangalore.
I got a ICICI packet which got returned with reason wrong address.Only mistake in it was a wrong pincode where as all other address was correct.It seems that HSR sector 2 post delivery person finds easy excuses to not to deliver packets when he need to walk in tothe apartment complex. Lazy and criminal intended fellows.
Another time I was expecting a speedpost which i keep tracking.
End of day theres a comment that addresee not reachable. Its a Blatant lie by Vimanapura SO delivery man.
My office has a courier desk to receive all letters.and POst man never came to delivery at 4 pm as claimed in trackign status.
Exept Post office letetrs everything comes well.

IT carries my pan card.
