Sir / Madam My mother 8s residing in Jeevan Bhima nagar Lic Colony. She is 87 years old. This year we are requesting the post 9ffice nearby to have life certificate done at home and they flatly refused. Further gave some other post 9ff8ce number to contact which 8s not picked up at all. Dear sir We the residents of this locality facing problem with your staff in opening Ashokanagar post office at BSK 1 stage, Bangalore 560050 . . As per the schedule post office Suppose to open by 9.oo AM but it is not happening . Everyday they are opening only after 9.20 am, This kind of Attitude & irresponsible, negligence duty creating lot of problem to public. Hope suitable action will be taken at the earliest. Most disappointed...

Speed post not delivered

Dear Sir,

I had sent a Speed Post letter on 12th December 2009 with tickets for 18th December 2009. I had confirmed that it will reach to the destionation Nanded on 14th or 15th December 2009. The number for docket was EK[protected]IN. It never reached till now. I wanted to cancel the i-Ticket due to change in travel plan but I can not because this requires the ticket I sent.
