[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — Non activation of "baroda connect"

I am having savings account in Bank of Baroda, Veena Nagar Mulund Branch.I had applied for Internet banking before two months.On 10th July I have received Internet banking User ID, then I personally visited at branch to collect my PASSWORD.As per their policy, Internet banking shall enable USER ID for functioning within 48 hours.But unfortunately after 15 days my "BARODA CONNECT" has not activated.

Im continously followp with Branch Manager (Veena Nagar,Mulund - Mumbai) regarding non-activation of my "BARODA CONNECT" but everytime he gives assurance that it will be activate on next day as we already forward your details to concern dept. Also followup with Mr.Vichare who is employee in same branch, but till date there is no result. We are only receiving IRRESPONSIBLE & HELPLESS answers from them.

Need your help.....

Sir, I'm having account in your Bhagalpur Br since last three years.I had been taking the facility of netbanking since last 2yrs.This is to inform you that the time for change the signon and txn password is reflecting .Please advise me which is the signon and txn password which need to be changed.
Previously to make any transaction I need to use the CORPORATE ID, USER ID AND PASSWORD.So would request you to guide me .

I have received my user id and password but to connect.showing INVALID USER ID AND PASSWORD AND 24 hour help line but your help line is not responding this complain of bank of Baroda connect PLZ IMMEDIATELY INTERNET BANKING SERVIC IN MY AC.

saving — amt debited from atm but not received

my accont no is [protected] and i have debited 15000 rs fro atm date 5/4/2010 at 5.36 pm atm card is showing balance deduction but i have not recieved the amount i need so plez resolve my problem and update the balance in my account.

one month ago we have applied for net banking. On enquiry from bank it is gathered that our passward is lying with the bank branch but till date im did not receive my user id. In absence of my user id we are not in a position to operate our bank a/c.Pl see that we may get the same as early as posssible.

My Elder Brother Dharam Raj Pandey`s A/c No- [protected] (Bank Of Baroda). He enter my atm card to reciept 800/- only, but amount cann`t receive and 800/- withdraw from balance without receive money. 2nd time again he enter atm and order again 800/-. Now atm machine give me 800/- rupee. But he inquiry my balance then he find 1600/- less from my A/c. But he got 800/- only. So plz solve that problem and give me him complaint No. and refill 800/- only in my A/c.

i was apply to PO exam. i fill the form that time i will mentioned exam center Mumbai but your mistake in sending me call latter on my email you send me exam center Nagpur. this is wrong because i was prepare go to mumbai but from your mistake i am confussed what can i do now.

Bank of Baroda — Harrasement

I am having a locker in your Gulabhagh, Dist Purnia branch. Whis is being hired by myself and my mother Kaushlaya Devi Saraf, who expired on January 2010.

Apprantely i approached the bank sometime in February to close the said locker and reissue the same to me jointly with my sister in law.

I had written an application which was not accepted by your branch then they said the list of documents required, when the same had been furnished they refuse to accept the same. the manager sent us to some other person and he sents us to some other. When enquired with manager he said that he is unable to process the same because he is not at all aware of the process of the lockers operations. He called us to the branch almost 10 times and every time he have one or other excuse ready.

I even requested the branch that i wish to surrender the same even though they were not ready to do the same.

In the branch i had met few other customers who had some or other complains regarding the staffs.

Sir, I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest, and a proper action should be taken so that in may not be repeated in the future. and proper training should be given to Officers before posting them to the branch, It really hurts the reputation of the Bank as whole.

Gulabhagh branch had been like this during last 5 years. Previously it was one of the best in the area.
I have the same complaint.I have the USER ID. Got the SIGNON PASSWORD & TRANSACTION PASSWORD from BOB, ATTAPUR, HYDERABAD.I am not able to connect.It reflects INVALID USER ID / PASSWORD.
I HAVE NOT UNABLE TO CONNECT BOB NET BANKING . BECAUSE THAT SAY INVALID PASSWORD.. . . . .

Dear SIr/ Madam,

I tried to log in to the internet banking portal, first time there was a message - Invalid User ID/ password, hence I re-applied for the password.
Second time also, there is same error evenif I am entereing right Username and pw.
Please suggest.
P.S- I have checked Internet browser & Java settings
THis is really annoying to see so many comlaints on this portal and still I have to log one more...:(
