[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — Non activation of "baroda connect"

I am having savings account in Bank of Baroda, Veena Nagar Mulund Branch.I had applied for Internet banking before two months.On 10th July I have received Internet banking User ID, then I personally visited at branch to collect my PASSWORD.As per their policy, Internet banking shall enable USER ID for functioning within 48 hours.But unfortunately after 15 days my "BARODA CONNECT" has not activated.

Im continously followp with Branch Manager (Veena Nagar,Mulund - Mumbai) regarding non-activation of my "BARODA CONNECT" but everytime he gives assurance that it will be activate on next day as we already forward your details to concern dept. Also followup with Mr.Vichare who is employee in same branch, but till date there is no result. We are only receiving IRRESPONSIBLE & HELPLESS answers from them.

Need your help.....

Bank of Baroda — Net Banking Not Activated

I have applied for bank of baroda net banking facility for transaction rights. From last six months this has not been done, I have submitted the form for the same three times also mailed bank customer care more than five times but still the issue ie pending.

On 13/06/2011 I put up an application for REQUEST FOR ON LINE NEFT/RTGS THROUGH BARODA CONNECT. So far it is not updated . Twice I met concerned staff but in vain. He asked me to complaint online rather than taking some initiative . I hope tracker ID I will get only after doing it.
I would like to inform you that I am a proprietor of M/s Pranabananda Pharma
a Medicine Whole Sale Distributor at Nagaon District . That I am also a Current Account holder bearing
A/c No. [protected] in your Bank at Nagaon Branch having handsome transactions since last 2 years and this is a fair background of relationship for a banker from its customer.
That in the last financial year[protected] my firm achieved a turn over of Rs. 2430000.00(Rupees Twenty Four Lacs Forty Three Thousand) approximately. That during the last financial year the firms' Total Credit transaction stood at Rs. 2769969.00.

That I have applied on the month of August 2010 for availing a Cash Credit facility for the expansion of my firm's business as well for the a little growth to the economy of our country.
That for availing the same the branch manager of the Branch ask me to wait upto Dec 2010
and ask me to bring some documents as required for the Cash credit A/c from your side and accordingly I have submitted all the required documents to the branch. Despite of submission of all documents, the branch manager asked me to wait for some days. During this process from August 2010 to Feb 2011, I have also send two (2) mails to your authority concern for the delay occurred in connection of my application and your authority concern intimated the same to the branch regarding my application but nothing have been done on the part of the branch till today. That today I have visited your branch to the status of my application but I have seen that the previous manager has been transferred from the branch and a new branch manager sited on the chair, then and then I asked about my application and after verifying my application he also asked me to wait for another 6 months.

This is the story in short about my application for availing CASH CREDIT from your bank branch.

Now my question is if my firm is not eligible for availing the facility of cash credit from your bank than why your bank did not denied at the first instant ? As because I have been waiting for the same since one year.

If you satisfied after verifying my current account statements about my firms achievement then I can request you take some necessary and positive action in the said matter and for which act of your kindness I shall remain ever grateful you and oblige.

Bank of Baroda — No Cash Received from UBI ATM but money was debited from my account

No Cash Received from UBI ATM but money was debited from my account
Today (17-July 2011) I had tried to withdrawal Rs. 9000 from UBI ATM Centre (Located at Bankmore Dhanbad) around 11:20 am but the machine responded back with the message something like "Unable to Access". However in the mean time Rs. 10000 (Ten Thousand) was debited from my account (Account No - [protected]) although I have not received that cash from the ATM machine.
I HAVE ALLREADY A ACCOUNT IN BANK OF BARODA.
I WANT TO PAY THE BILL THE TNEB BILL AMOUNT THROUGH THE ATM CARD-VISA-BANK OF BARODA CARD.

Bank of Baroda, Banashankari — ATM CARD NOT RECEIVED FROM AFTER 45 DAYS

Dear Sir/madam,

I have opened my salary account in bank of baroda Banashankari branch bangalore on 17th june 2011. but till today they have not issued me the ATM card.

Personally i have visited the bank more than 10times and i am getting very worst response from the bank staff.

Around 25k already got deposited in my account through salary, i couldn't able to withdraw that amoun alos.

Please take a proper action on this.
