[Resolved] Bank Of Baroda — Failed transaction | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, [protected]@gmail.com Failed transaction FROM : Mrs. Dolon Chapa Biswas SUB : Reconciliation of failed transaction using Bank of Baroda Debit Card from ATM of SBI – regarding Ref : 8578/[protected] and 8770/[protected] dated April 2, 2011. Sir, With due respect I would like to inform you that I have been facing a long standing problem regarding non-refunding after a failed transaction on[protected] at an ATM of State Bank of India, Kankinara, Rathtala more, west bengal, Dist-24 pgs(N) using the ATM Debit card of Bank of Baroda, Gouripur, Naihati-743165 (Card No.-[protected]) of savings account no. [protected]. The failed transaction involves an amount of Rs.4000/-, which was not actually received but deducted from my savings account no. I have checked it for two times given the details above which is showing in my pass book. The first written complaint alongwith the slip given by the ATM machine was launched on[protected] in Bank of Baroda, Gouripur, Naihati-743165. Since then a series of complaints have been made to the Bank of Baroda, Gouripur, Naihati-743165 for refunding of the amount of 4000/-. I have also discussed the matter several times with the bank of Baroda, Gouripur, Naihati-743165 branch over phone and had given reminder several times through letter stating the fact as per their instruction. Meanwhile Bank of Baroda, Gouripur, Naihati-743165 branch, had also discussed the matter with the concern State Bank of India, Kankinara, Rathtala more, west bengal, Dist-24 pgs(N), but they expressed their inability to solve this long pending issue from their end. The Bank of Baroda also now not interested to take any responsibility and transfer it on the customer’s shoulder. In this circumstances, myself being an ordinary customer(widow, housewife), depending on MIS of post office, has no other way but to launch the complaint to you for getting your valued consideration and judgment and necessary action to solve the problem. I would also like to inform you that on 20th april, 2011 my second daughter's marriage date, at that point of time money was a big mattar to me. I would also like to inform you that according to the above reference, the amount along with the compensation calculated from the first date of launching the complain should be accorded in favour of me. I am furnishing below the details of the amount to be refunded till date. Year Month Days Compensation Amount (Rs.) The above letter I have given to you people in the month of May 2012. But now I am facing a new problem because of you people. I got a fake call from consumer forum or some where else. They have disturbed me a lot. After that I felt it was a fake call. They tried to make me fool and get my all money from my A/C of Bank of Baroda. I want to resolve this case as soon as possible. Please help me, I am launching complain again regarding this matter as because I have full faith on you people.
