[Resolved] Bata — product quality not good

Sir, i purchased a pair of sandals from bata showroom in pitampura, delhi on 23.10.08 and saw that the quality of the leather and manufacturing too was not of good quality. when i went to the shop, he asked me get a new piece by paying him Rs.150.00 or to get any other piece worth the same amount. Sir, i want to purchase power canvas shoes having pair number 8. The same is not available at any of your authorised shop located in Kalyan and Thane. On enquiry with the shop owners regarding non availablity of size no. 8 of power canvas shoes, the said shop owners have answered that they have been supplied with only 4 & 6 number size of power canvas shoes. Hence i request you to inform me the address of the shop located in kalyan and dombivli where i can get 8 no. power canvas shoes. kindly inform me the address of the shop on my e-mail address.
