[Resolved]  Bata — non availability of replacements straps of Hawai chappals

1.I had purchased Hawai chappals from Bata outlet one year back.One of the straps broke.As the chappals were is fairly good condition as I was only occasionally using them indoors so I went to their outlet at Bata chowk,NIT,Faridabad to buy replacement straps.However the outlet manager told me that they do not keep spares and I should buy new ones.
2.I foung this odd and tried to confirm the same twice by putting a message in their websitye but have not got any response in 3 weeks.
3.Is it justified not keeping essential spares of shoes/chappals knowing fully well that this will force the customer to make fresh purchases.Besides this should not the company give an answer to my 2 complaints.
