Ya You r exactly right we went on a package for dehi-shimla-manali package we didnt recieve facilities which were told to us.second day it was stated about 5-6 places in delhi but they send a worst vehicle which took seven hours to reach agra.only we were able to see agra that too tajmahal.The next day he gave a worst room in shimla which it was near lift an irritating hotel which was on the top floor where there is one lift to go to the first floor and the next lift to go to the second floor.then we need to climb 3 floors by steps.and it will be like a mountain.that too you need to pay 15 rs up and down for climbing in lift for the first floor and luggage extra.the next day we went to manali and we spent two days.none of the package person met us and the driver got 20000 thousand from us through phone conversation.last day is at delhi.so we started to delhi we all settled in the cab at the last moment there came 2 person that they should settle all the amount in manali itself and as there were heavy snowfall there were heavy traffic.so the vehicle started but they didnt allow us to go.so we two left from the cab as he told that he will drop us to the vehicle where it left.And we didnt have cash as we planned to do credit card payment.as we left there was no power supply.he made us to wait for 2 hours were the vehicle went 5 kms.at last all the amount was settled and the last day the rooms should be booked in delhi as mentioned in package.as all the amount got settled we were scared whether he will give rooms for us.he promised that he will give rooms.atlast the payment was made and he told there is no vehicle to drop. as the manali is full of snow none of the vehicle were ready to take us.he is such a fraud guy he never took us so we walked for about 5 kms.then we went to delhi the next day and he told that he cant give us rooms.there was two people involved in this drama one fraud name is vikas and another fraud name is Aman Mishra they both are such a culprits.they both planned to get money from us for the rooms without informing the owner.there was no response at all.this vikas will tell amen is not agreeying and this amen will tell vikas is not agreeying.then we got the owner number then we talked to him directly and got the rooms as mentioned in the package.there was no drop to the airport as mentioned in package as well. So guys please dont believe this two poisonous guys be aware of vikas and Aman Mishra.do not book packages beleiving them it will be hell for you as none of the facilities will be provided as mentioned. We went on for our Manali trip that we booked by Bharat Booking Holiday. Our trip started from 28/11/12 and ended on 3/12/12. The arrangements made by Bharat Booking cant be explained in words. They made our trip one of the most memorable and best trip. The bus facility was simply amazing. Cab which they have provided was also very good and the driver Mr Ram, the most generous person we have ever met. He always takes care of our goods and we also handed many times him the bag which was carrying a huge sum of money but he never gave a peek in it. The hotel 'Naina Resort' was simply outstanding. The view we had from our balcony made the environment even more romantic. The services provided by the team member of Naina Resort was also very excellent. At night Manager of Naina Resort arranged a disc party in resort which was the most memorable party we ever had. After this whole trip we were not willing to leave but we have to. I recently booked a package for Rajasthan tour from bharat booking website, the customer care executive, Priya was very kind in offering me the package and costuming the same to my requirement. She guided me very well. I really liked the tour operator arranged by them from Delhi to Jaipur. Hotel stay was really good though i have been charged very less amount, the cab booked for city tour was not only cheaper then the market rate but the driver was equally good in giving us the kind of experience. I would recommend bharat booking as they are the one who offer best tour package on least possible package plan...
I and my nine family members booked with Bharat booking for Kashmir and vaishnodevi .our experience was fantastic .they provided all good hotels food and good driver namely Raffiq.main problem with Bharat is that their co ordition with customer is very poor.they give good hotels, take care of customer but change the hotel without our knowledge .This is because of their staff.my suggestion to Bharat is that only one member of your staff should look after one group.Our experience is very good and really we enjoyed whole tour without any problem .In Katara, Hotel Ishan is good, In Pattanitop, Hotel Greentop was fantastic .Hotel Paradise inn in Pehalgam was beautiful.Delux Houseboat in Shreenagar was amazing.Thanks to Bharat for making my tour memorable.vinay shah, Mumbai.
Bharat Booking is pathetic and they never give you any service that meets any expectations. Overall a VERY BAD and a BIG NO company for recommendations. They make your holidays worst then ever.
They do not know how to handle any situations when things start going in the wrong direction and the customer is unhappy. They keep bouncing the dissatisfied customer from one representative to another just to brush off the blame. They ensure that the dissatisfied customer leaves even more dissatisfied. They do not have proper coordination and control over the hotels and cabs or drivers. All the need is money no matter what kind of pathetic services they have provided.

Bharat Booking Holidays is a FRAUD travel operator. Unluckily we utilized their so called holiday package services and got our vacations ruined... We got a booking from them for 2 families for 5 nights package in Dalhousie and Dharamshala. Since we were 2 families with 4 kids I took a complete package from Delhi - Dalhousie - Dharamshala - Delhi including Volvo and Innova cab for the entire duration of the trip so that I don’t have to worry about all these things.
Our nightmare started from the first day itself. As per package we were planned to travel by Volvo from Delhi to Dharamshala and get a cab there to go to Dalhousie. Volvo dropped us at Dharamshala road but there was no cab.. When we called the cab driver he told us he's at pathankot and will take 3 hrs to reach Dharamshala.. After talking to their few representatives and waiting for their call back for 45 minutes on vacant road early in the morning, we along with 4 small kids and our baggage have to look for taxi stand and arrange another cab to reach Dalhousie ourselves. They sent the Cab directly to Dalhousie to stay with us for entire trip. But the cab provided was not even cleaned and the driver was arrogant. Despite we are planned to make balance payment at the end of trip, the driver kept asking for money as he was not carrying money even for food. We provided him money for food and BBH people told us to pay him some amount. Even after paying the amount, the driver continued his bad behavior. We kept tolerating and showed empathy to driver as we thought he may be frustrated by his own travel company as they didn’t send him with any money. Nothing happened even on complaining to BBH.
After 3 days, we departed from Dalhousie to Dharamshala, and we were planned 2 nights stay at hotel Snow Hermitage. While reaching the hotel, driver found the hotel quite far from the Mcleodganj and told us he won’t take us to sightseeing to Mcleodganj. We have enough tolerated this guy and this was the last thing we could tolerate and told him he could leave and we’ll ask BBH for a different cab. On reaching snow hermitage, we got another blow as they told us they only have 1 night booking for us despite our confirmed voucher showing 2nights stay. On talking to many BBH representatives, they forced us to only stay for 1 night at Snow hermitage and check-out the next day for a different hotel. So checking in at 5PM and next day checkout to a different hotel was so troublesome. But BBH didn’t listen to us.
Next day, we were told at 10am that a new cab will reach within 15 minutes. But till 3PM we didn’t get any cab. And due to this we were stranded after checkout @ 12PM. We had to arrange cab our self and reached hotel Pong View by 4PM. By this time our whole day and moods were wasted. We had to again fight for the food at Pong View as the hotel didn’t have any restaurant and they were not ready to provide meals as per our package plan. We were frustrated and exhausted by this time as most of the time we were talking to BBH people rather than spending time with our families.
The last day was really a hell and the BBH people crossed all their limits. Despite all these bad services, rather than being sorry and showing concern, they started making payment demands. We told them clearly, we don’t believe them now, and won’t pay the balance until we reach Delhi. They started sending different people to the hotel for payment who were their recovery agents and behaved like goons. Although we are supposed to have cab all the time, we didn’t get cab most of the time and even of last day we were cabless! We checked out room at 12 and they kept saying cab will arrive in 15 min but till 4 PM there was no cab and we along with our small kids were stranded at hotel parking area. And their agents kept coming and threatened us to make payments. By some locals’ advice, we went to Himachal Tourism Director office and made a written complaint against them. While me and my brother was out, one goon reached hotel and threatened our families who were with kids that they won’t allow them to go until they make payments. We then arranged cab ourself to reached Mcleodganj from where we have to catch Volvo to Delhi.
The last call I had with their representative, I told them I have reached the bus stop and please allow us to reach Delhi smoothly as our kids were terrified as they could see us tensed and talking over phones constantly. But this didn’t happen. Police came at bus stop and told us they have complaint against us. However, on listening to our whole miserable tale and proof of complaints, they showed concern and understood we have been cheated by our travel operator. We also talked to Himachal Tourism office and those officials were really considerate and took quick actions by talking to Police officials. Due to their and police support we were able to catch our bus to Delhi.
I could never forget this vacation but all for the bad reasons. Vacations are supposed to be pleasurable and with a tour operator I imagined it to be more relaxing, but with a FRAUD AGENCY like BHARAT BOOKING HOLIDAYS, this won’t happen.

But still they are running means they have no SHAME. There stay are hopeless and there Hospitality was immoral and shown the illiteracy of Bharat Booking. its better to visit a place and book hotels on your own instead of trusting these fraud peoples.

I agree with Pranay, Srikanth, Ajay and all the other sufferers of Bharat Booking Holiday.
These guys are cheats! And Sameer, our dear friend here is only trying to cover up all their goofups by saying it is some sort of a ploy.
This is what happened with us.
My parents had booked their holiday in Kashmir through these guys. Having made the payments a month in advance, we were rested that all bookings are taken care of by their team. To our surprise, when my parents landed in Srinagar, they were placed in some lower grade houseboat as compared to that was promised. Then they were told that we will not take you to Gulmarg. Day 2 was Gulamrg as per their itinerary, which they refused to take them. They had made no bookings in the promised hotels or elsewhere. In Srinagar also, they had not booked the hotel that was promised or even the same star as was promised. Instead they were booked in a non-star category "luxury" hotel.
All this, due to continuous coaxing, became clear to us on day1. So we blasted their local representatives. Their locals happily shrugged off their responsibility and passed the buck on to the "company".
My parents somehow finished their tour and we have been promised a refund of the advance amount by Jitender Verma (supposedly the M.D. of Bharat Booking Holidays). Obviously, they did try to bounce this one around as well... please send an email saying this to so n so and then again send an email to someone else saying something else!

When we came to your Manali head office, we thought that we could meet you also thr.
Our continuous follow up, and the care rendered for every small felt grievance received enormous emotional geared at our end.
The transport, the hotels and the food arrangements everything, we felt very comfortable. Only thing, i felt at Airport is to track the drivers. Pl instruct them to receive us with a placard, this would avoid starting agony of all guests, I personally feel.
Coming back to HP trip, the rooms booked in Manali and Chandigarh quantised very high with us. Thanks for getting us the Naina Resort at Manali, the view, the hospitality, the location etc., were unbelievable. If we could get a bath tub arrangement and wi-fi with TV of latest version, I tell you no guest will leave the hotel for sight seeing.
Your arrangement of hotels were really upto our expectation, all near market places on simply staying areas and at departure points, very close to Airport, especially in Chandigarh.
We will definitely recommend all our friends abt Bharat booking.

Coming back to HP trip, the rooms booked in Manali and Chandigarh quantised very high with us. Thanks for getting us the Naina Resort at Manali, the view, the hospitality, the location etc., were unbelievable. If we could get a bath tub arrangement and wi-fi with TV of latest version, I tell you no guest will leave the hotel for sight seeing.
Your arrangement of hotels were really upto our expectation, all near market places on simply staying areas and at departure points, very close to Airport, especially in Chandigarh.
We will definitely recommend all our friends abt Bharat booking.

I recently booked a package for Rajasthan tour from bharat booking website, the customer care executive, Priya was very kind in offering me the package and costuming the same to my requirement. She guided me very well.Their Service manager Mr.Dev and Mr.Dhananjay took good care o[censored]s. I really liked the tour operator arranged by them from Delhi to Jaipur. Hotel stay was really good though i have been charged very less amount, the cab booked for city tour was not only cheaper then the market rate but the driver was equally good in giving us the kind of experience. I would recommend bharat booking as they are the one who offer best tour package on least possible package plan.

I visited Manali last month. I really have an awesome time with my partner because every facility is available in the hotel Naina Resort . The food was ultimate, restaurant was excellent, hot water is always available in the rooms, staff of the hotel was very co- operative and very quick in their services. I really appreciate the efforts of management of staff. "Cleanliness is next to Godliness" that is true statement which is best suited to this hotel. The terrace view of this hotel is amazing. We can see the real images of our nature from terrace view and through our rooms also. They did provide transportation and hotel and guide every thing was perfect and reliable. We went on for our Manali trip that we booked by Bharat Booking Holiday. Our trip started from 26/1/13 and ended on 30/1/13. The arrangements made by Bharat Booking cant be explained in words. They made our trip one of the most memorable and best trip. The Cab facility was simply amazing very good and the driver Mr Surender, the most generous person we have ever met. He always takes care of our goods and we also handed many times him the bag which was carrying a huge sum of money but he never gave a peek in it. The hotel 'Naina Resort' was simply outstanding. The view we had from our balcony made the environment even more romantic. The services provided by the team member of Naina Resort was also very excellent.Naina Resort G.M. Mr. Ras Thakur is very nice person. At night Manager of Naina Resort arranged a disc party in resort which was the most memorable party we ever had. After this whole trip we were not willing to leave but we have to. Thanks Bharat Booking and also thanks to Manya Singhania for give us a right guide and make our trip very beautiful.
