[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — For Delay in getting Consumer Number and Blue Book.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I give a compalint to your gas agencies in the name Ramachandra gas company located south pondicherry and the area name is mudaliarpet branch.Asper telcom to your agencies Name ramachandra gas agencies at pondicherry near mudailarpet.Today i am booking a gas overall by phone and one lady receiving the call i am asking the lady how many dayes are delivered the gas in our home, they stating that it will be takes 1-Weeks then i am asking why are you telling one week from the registrationThen i am asking it taken atleast 3days only, The she stopping the coversation and she giving the phone to other person name is Mr.Ramesh they also stating that it takes 1week .Pls let me kow how many days it will be taken.
Pls Note:This company stating the gas confirmation- takes one week.

Our dealer Vinod gas agency, Ballabgarh, Distt. Faridabad(Haryana) charges Rs. 315.00 -/cylinder.His service is not proper .His sales men black the cylinders and home delivery is not proper.

I had booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 08/06/2010 but yet today 0n 23/06/2010 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor. They say that the cylinder has been dispatched to you 6days ago. When i told the we haven’t received any cylinder show us the delivery signed chalan. They are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. Till date there is no sign of the cylinder.
I request to you look into this matter and solve this with immediate effect. Kindly help me as soon as possible.

I hope they are doing some scam with the gas cyclinders which we book.Please investigate in this send few of your department guys to check on this issue.

I booked my cyclinder on 6/6/2010.on 23rd i visited BASAVESHWARA BHARATGAS AGENCY they told me it has already given to the delivery boy.but today i visited again and asked him the same thing, he told that it will be delived in an hour.but still i am waiting and sending this complaint.I hope they are selling the cyclinders and they are g

Your godown at present at Vyasarpadi.
your Bharat gas office at Vepery, Purasawalkam, Chennai - 600 007 is not supplying/delivering gas in time. they are always maintaining rough communication to all customers. Your Vepery office always delivering the gas after 20/25 days of booking.

we are always facing problems by your bharat gas distributor. Please understand our problem and rectify the problems.
Your office members, are always telling lie and very rough when they speak to a customer, when a customer going to bring the gas. They are hiding our booking SLIP and told that "Your booking slip not send by office". But we have already booked gas before 20 days.

I am a working human rights commission. Please give an instruction to your people at vyasarpadi godown to supply/give gas (delivery in time) in time (within 6 days of booking).

We are having Barat Connection from past 26 yrs.Butt regret to say that from past few months having problem for booking cylinder throught Phone. Since morning 10.30 m trying PH No : 25162675 for booking cylinder but unable to reach them. Now its 11.35 still continuosly busy.

I'm residing at Ghatkopar & Sincerely request you to provide alternate no & way how to get easy with Bharat Gas for booking of Cylinder

I am from Bangalore Indiranagar, here Bharath gas distributors making some unethical things are mandatory, like if anybody wants to go for new connection distributors will ask 1600 extra and that money consumers need to buy whatever they have like gas stow or cooker etc.
And today I went to get the second cylinder connection they have asked me Rs.2990 which includes deposit, filled cylinder and Rs.1400 cooker which actually I don’t required.
Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, one of the largest public sector oil industry which should take proper action against these distributors they are taking advantage of monopoly and same another industry INDANE gas is not doing the same and last week one of my friend opt for second cylinder and he got that for just RS.1650 where BHARATH GAS distributor has asked Rs.2990/-

Note for new customers: kindly check with different industries distributors in your locality for better service.

I am residing in Spaghetti, Kharghar, Sec-15. I had booked one cylinder on 1st Oct-10 with Bharat Gas delear in Kharghar. As on 19.10.2010, I have not received cylinder yet. I have visited personally their agency & asked to deliver. They did nothing but false promied delivery on the same daytill evening. But till today, no delivery has happened.

Is there any, forum, where my problem will be listened & solved.

I've booked my gas on 19/10/2010, but till now i cant get the cylinder.Whenever i call or personally meet the distributor he/she said that we will send your gas tomorrow.from last 18 days their tomorrow will not come. As a result i suffer badly.
