[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — For Delay in getting Consumer Number and Blue Book.

Waiting in a queue 26.10.07 and Deposited money Rs. 3026
towards purchase of cylinder,Regulator,stove,blue book etc,by that time they have told without stove New connection not possible,After one month the local delear told to deposit money and you are nominetted,then I have Depositted Rs.3026.00 on 26th November2007,and the slno of Bill is 700 and it was strictly towards purchase of compulsory Item stove,Cylinder and Regulator,Pipe,Green Books etc.

but till date I am notgetting my stove and consumer Number,Blue Books etc and if possible plz allow me another cylinder if you have no stove in stock and I have already purchased a stove from local Market.

Sir,

I have booked to refill my single cylinder on 14.02.2012 from your distributor M/S Laxmi Enterprises, ID Market Bhubaneswar. But till date it has not been supplied to me. The phone calls are not attended at all. By personnel visit the workers present tells that it will come in next two days. Having one cylinder, I am facing a lot of problem. This may be taken seriously and necessary action may be taken in this regards.

Dear Sir,
I, Rajeev Yadav, a customer of Bharat Gas since 15 years want to put up few words to you. All things were going very smoothly till we were under Anil Gas Service, Rewari, Haryana. But, unfortunately, from the past few years when we get transferred to VK Gas Service, Bawal, Haryana, we are facing much problems in refilling the cylinder.
As per Bharat Gas instructions we used to book through phone. However, we still have to go to distributor’s office and stand in a long queue to get the booking receipt which we get after payment. After long wait in the queue when we reached the window, your officers use to say that the stock is empty or no supply. This is happening with me several times. But I wonder how some people get refilling instantly, may be from the backdoor who do not even stand in the line. I took last supply four months back and for present refilling I had already visited 6 times in which I got same response as above. And there is no home delivery facility too.
This is very sad to say that we are facing these kinds of problems in our beautiful country India being a democratic country.
So, therefore, I humbly request you to sort the problem out at the earliest.

My consumer No is 439 I have booked my gas a month ago but till date I have not received the gas. I also contacted in the office but of no use. Please try to deliver the gas in time.The Laxmi gas agency is doing this mischief every month so I request you to take the necessary action in this connection as deemed fit.

My consumer number is 22111 and I had done booking for new cylinder on[protected] through sms booking reference no.31753712 and remainder also given on 12.02.2013 no use further a had approached phone and in person, further bharat gas compliant also given through phone no.[protected] they are also not given proper reply and not even pic up the phone. i was directly approached ganesh gas agency paper mills road perambur they are simply telling today sent but till date 18.02.2013 the cylinder is not supplied after lapsing nearing twenty five days. So far i didn't get cylinder and at present no cylinder in my house .

I request you to please look into the matter and action may be taken against the agency for the delay of supply and please make sure that these things are not happening in future.

8 days ago i have give the complaint that my cylinder is leaking.the distributor will send the person but they can't come to check the cylinder.
please do the needful otherwise we loose our faith in bharatgas and immediately we change to other i[censored] not give response to our complaints.

I am a consumer of kalpana gas agency and suffering by their pathetic service of delay of gas delivery. My request to all suffering consumer, if you really want to lodge a complain, then register in their official site and lodge it in their "Talk to us" section.

Wish to intimate that I am having a Bharat Gas connection from last 2 years, but I am very sorry to say that I am facing problem whenever I am booking my ID for a refilling, they are pretty irregular to dispatch the cylinder in time, couple of times they have messaged me that your gas cylinder is already delivered at your place but in actual I am receiving the same after almost one week from the date of SMS.

Would like to request your good office to look into the matter, your early action will be highly solicited.

subsidy on LPG not received

My Consumer no is 2483 registered with saluja Gas Center, Panipat (Harayana). We have received 3 cylinder after payment of subsidy amount. till date i have not received subsidy amount.

cylinder not delivered two month
