I have been calling the distributor Shri Krishna Gas Service , Mayur Vihar,Mathura Staff of the Shri Krishna Gas Service saying that after 1-2 days they will despatch us. Please N.A. action .

My name is Ghanendra Singh i am a customer of lpg bharat gas from last 25 years, my consumer no. is 8003 with Manveer Gas Agency, Chandbagh, Delhi 11094. I have booked the cylinder at phone no. 25517177 on 18th December 2011 as booking no. 16111380 after previous booking date 23/11/2011 but I am unable to received cylinder till today on dated 10/01/2012. Please look the matter. I am waiting for your advice.

LPG gas service from robin gas agency — delay in gas cylinder delivery more than 10 days and rude behavior or delivery man

Dear sir,
As it is well known that we have shortage of gas supply, but there are other issues also which we all consumers are facing ,they are following......
(1) Delay in delivery of gas cylinders more than 10 days...
(2) Rude and abusive behavior of delivery man....
(3) Seal open delivery of gas cylinder.........
(4) exta money for early delivery....
these are few major problems we all r facing.. Pls find some solution....

i have booked for refilling of LPG cylinder on 02/01/12, but yet till date not deliver the cylinder. aapke distributor se bat karne par bolte hai do tin din me aa jayega.

Dear sir,

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 2583 in the name of KunwarSain on dt 07.01.2012 but till today on 17.01.2012 . I have not received the cylinder yet.

I have been calling to M/s Nihal gas agencies, Mayur Vihar-II, Delhi-110091 since 11/01//2012, 12/01//2012, 14/01//2012& 16/01//2012, their phone numbers are 22777003, 22781109 but their phones are going busy or out of service. This is not the first time, . It is their regular response I am getting from the agency.

They not delivering to right time, it's very difficult for me i have a kid and i am working also how to maintain? every month problem for me because of LPG Gas.

Kindly help me as soon as possible.

I had booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 13008 in the name of arun kumar sharma on dt.[protected] at bharat gas agency at hanumangarh but till today on 18.01.2012 have not recieved at 1/31 professor colony opp. vyapar mandal schoo HANUMANGARH TOWN. Dear Sir,

I would like to inform that I had repeatedly booked for refilling of LPG cylinder vide my Consumer No. 2583 since 7th January, 2012 (details mentioned above) but unfortunately till date i.e. 23rd January, 2012 (the day on which I am making this complaint through this letter), I have yet to receive LPG cylinder.

I have been making several calls through landline[protected] and[protected] to the concerned agent i.e. M/s Nihal Gas Agencies located at Mayur Vihar, Phase-2, Delhi-110091 but on every occasion they fallaciously promised me that this time they are definitely delivering the LPG cylinder. This kind of happenings is not experienced by me for the first time. In the past also they are doing this practice.

Since delivery of the LPG is not made at the time when the same is needed most, I and my family is facing great hardship. It has come to my notice that the concerned agency (Nihal Gas Agencies) are demanding extra money for doing their job.

I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and make necessary arrangement for surprise checking at the earliest..

I am a bharat gas customer. My Agency is Friends Gas Service New Delhi. I came to know that this agency sell gas in the black market. And I am feeling that Every employ in this gas agency are under corruption. there is no SLA define here for cylinder delivery. Since last few months i am getting 10 to 12 days late delivery of cylinder and also cancelation of orders. They are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. There is always shortage of gas in this area because of this. nobody is here to check up this matter.They not delivering to right time, it's very very difficult for me i have a kids and i am working also how to maintain? every month problem for me because of LPG Gas

I request to you look into this matter and solve this with immediate effect. Kindly help me as soon as possible.

This is a complaint against the dealer Gas jet, distributor’s number No.112354 and distributor's code 461843 in Thakurpukur, Kolkata 700063, West Bengal, India This dealer is associated with the ruing political party in west Bengal and has been delaying supply to consumers on a regular basis. The delay is done so that the delivery people can make extra money from people who are in needed of gas on an urgent basis. This amount is the shared among all the dealers’ people including the dealer. At the end of February the dealer's system broke down and all booked details from 13th onwards had been deleted. Consumers have to go and stand in queue to rebook just to know that it will take some good amount of time to get the gas. This has created a chaos among the people and a very good opportunity for the gang to earn extra amount once again. In the past people who have complained against the dealer have been penalized either by not getting gas on time or being refused to apply for the second cylinder. As a citizen of a country where people groan about corruption fearing to come forward, I would like to complain about this dealer. An urgent inquiry will reveal the reality of my complain.
