[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — delay in delivery of lpg gas

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 02.04.2011but yet today on 15.04.11.there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of barsha enterprizes bbsr. my conumer id is 29218

SIR, I AM A CUSTOMER AND MY CONNECTION NO.IS 15943 WITH PRIYANKA GAS SERVICE, KASHMIRI GATE DELHI.I HAVE BOOKED FOR SUPPLY ON 8.4.2011.BUT YET NOW THEY HAVE NOT SENT IT.MOREEVER THEY DONOT PICK THE PHONE.WE HAVE TO GO TO THERE OFFICE WHICH IS FAR AWAY.I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND IT IS VERY UNCCOMFERTABLE FOR ME TO GO THERE EVERY TIME.PLEASE DO THE NEED FULL AND OBLIDGE...MAHENDER

My customer No.41651, booked for gas refilling last month, daily i am making cal min of 3 times, Daily their answer is "gas will come today, service man is sent already",
But till now its not came, 1 month going to over.

I am LPG gas consumer, I come under with M/s Biri Gas Service, Sonepat-131001 Haryana who are the distibutor of my area, My consumer No. 28297. My problem is after booking they have not supply the gas immediately .I have been provided with two cylinders. Presently i booked the gas on 09 April 2011, today is 17 April 2011 .In the last month they supplied the cylinder after 20 days after booking. When I tried to book the other cylinder last month, it was informed to us that you cannot do so because you received last cylinder few day back. When contacted telephonically that it not a fault on my part, they assured me to supply the next cylinder in time, but all in vain.Most of the time their phone found engaged. Other consumers are also have the same problem where other supplier of the other company are suppling in time.

very bad service of MAHALAXMI ENTERPRISES, INDIRA NAGAR, BANGALORE.They r not pickup call .25days back i booked refill cylinder till i m waiting.when i call they r saying in weekent u will get, but for them i dont know when weekened will come, nd which weekened they r waiting.

Vishal Bharat Gas servier at Mahavir enclave is very bad. It looks they black the customer cylinders to the shopkeepers . And the actual customer suffer because of that.

Zaveri Gas Agency (Cylinder) — Single gas Cylinder not having from past 9 days

Respected Sir,

I would like to share my personal experience. I have only 1 gas cylinder which is empty form 19/April/2011, when call to respective (Zaveri Gas Agency) agency they are saying it takes 15 days to delivered.
kindly suggest if the person is using 1 cylinder and that to if it is coming after 15 days what that person should do, if the person is having 2 gas cylinder the turn around time for both customer would how ever similar.

Sir, i am facing the delay problem to receive the filled cylinder. I have placed order [online] on dated 11/04/2011 [ref no. 8108125], But after 16 day i didn't receive the filled cylinder. It is not a single day problem, such type of problem repeating many times.

I have called many time to the local agency, First thing they are not receives the phone. After a long practice if they receive the phone, they are not give the positive response.

The local area distributing person and hawkers are not giving the filled cylinder as per priority of their booking. They are giving as per their personal relation and personal benefits.

Sir pl. takes the corrective action for further delay

I am regular coustmer of Bharatgas since 21years & got a 2 cylinders but from last year the supply of gas is effected because the region we all knows, now i am geting one cylinder after 40 days & futher booking after 20 days. If you want to purchase in black then there is not a single day waiting. when I contact to Jalandhar officer incharge Mr Garish midda ji regarding this complaint he straight reply to go to Police station, not even listen a single word. My gas distributor is Kamal Gas Service C.C.No.531839, Jalandhar. I request to please let me know how & where my promble is solve,

My self Parmod Sharma from gurgaon use bharat Gas and my agency is chand gas service opp. Lal nursing home, nr gurgaon bus stand. I am totally unstasfied o[censored]r delivery person, he is always late the delivered the cylender and misbhave, absuing all times. . And last 10 to 15 days we are not get my cylender. Please help me.

Bharat Gas — Always delay in delivery of lpg gas

It is going very hard for me to get gas refilled. It always takes 10-12 days (with follow up/requests to delivery boy) to get gas refilled and till the mean time I have to beg for cylinder to my friends and neighbors. With having a new born baby and guest coming to visit us, it is going very hard to guess how much gas is remained in the cylinder. I applied for second cylinder in April 2009, till date there is no progress on it. In this situation, I would like to know the solution from Bharat Gas authority.

My name is KALPANA hving Cons. No. 18418 and was cylender booked on 30/04/2011 and Booking no. is 420 I have not received refilling till date i.e. 16/05/2011. Despite of my several complaints to the dealer the refilling the cylender, no satisfactory respond was given. As for last three days I have no fuel/gas available at my residents I had to procure the daily food from market at a higher price and I am humilated and have no idea to whom approach who can solve my problem if this is the service provided by your dealer I am afriad I will have to approach to higher authorities for greviences.
