[Resolved]  Bharat Gas - Ratan Enterprises — LATE DELIVERIES OF GAS CYLINDERS

Hi,
I am too frustrating with the services of this particular agencies. I have booked request for second cylinder almost 1.5 years back, but action taken by then till date. No one picking a phone and when go to office they told us that they are not aware of anything.

Also they haven't give Manager number for any escalations...

Too frustrating service.

I too agree. They never respond to calls. Their phone lines dont work. They dont bother to intimate consumers if their phones are not working or when their number changed. They dont service on time and most important of all, they dont talk / behave properly and professionally.

I too agree that "Ratan Enterprises " tries to manipulate gas cylinders in black market.
I find out a way to this. If you have any complaints please file your complaint with following office & phone numbers. This is Customer Service Cell Regional office in Pune. After my complaint I received with Customer Service Cell gas delived to my home within a day :-

Ratan Entp is the worst ever service provider. pathetic service, ill mannered personnel. and i don't know why, despite lodging complaints, nobody is paying heed to the customers' issues.

Please lodge you complaints to Bharat Gas Customer Service Cell on above address. More complaints... More impact Please don't Ignore to ask for complaint number...

The pathetic part is that no one picks up at this above number as well. Its a shame that we have to struggle for even such basic services.

For all those who are facing frustrations with this agency, please email me at [protected]@gmail.com. We should get together and file a joint complaint with bharat petroleum or drag them in consumer court.
Please dont ignore this as we citizens need to get together against such frauds and inefficiencies in this system.

I AM A CUSTOMER OF RATAN ENTERPRISES -BHARAT GAS KALEWADI PIMPRI PUNE, FROM STRATING[FROM LAST ONE YEAR] WE ARE NOT GETTING CYLINDER IN TIME & THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING AT OUR RESIDENCE AFTER SO MANY REMINDERS FINALLY WE HAVE TO GO TO THEIR SHOW STRUGLE FOR GETTING CYLINDER & CARRY ON OUR OWN TO OUR RESIDENCE WHICH IS RISKY...also they didnt pick the phone always all nos. are engaged rather they kept outside.

I booked the cylinder a month back and it is yet to get deliver. Every time they will say will deliver on same day when we call but they didn't turned out to be. These guys are really horrible I dont know why Bharat gas management not taking any action against these people. They are really pathetic. I'm chasing regularly but no luck. Seriously we have to take some action against these people.

I have given up on them and opted for Indane Gas. Ratan Ent has not delivered cylinder for 2 weeks and I had to suffer a lot due to their pathetic way of functioning.

Very very bad gas agency. Why Bharat gas company should not taken any strict against Ratan gas agency?

I am a consumer of Ratan Enterprises. Booked the cylinder on 13th Jan 2012. 18 days gone but I have not received the gas cylinder. I was visited their office and met the manager on 27th Jan, who was promised to deliver the gas cylinder on 28th but no delivery yet.

Called so many times to the office and delivery boy but their response is really frustrating. Do we have any alternate agent for Dange Chowk area so that we can take a transfer?

Any contact # of the agency owner any body have please share.

I faced the same problem with Ratan Enterprises.
Booked the cylinder 3 weeks ago, but no delivery made. Called the office several time but the only answer they have is, delivery will be made in 2 days. I had booked on 25th Feb 2012 and on 15th march, i asked the delivery man about my cylinder request, who said he is making delivery for the 29th feb 2012and he does not have my delivery slip. Immediately i called the office once again and they still gave me the same reasons and asked me to check with delivery man.

Finally i found at the Bharat Petroleum Complaint cell. THe person on the other end was very kind and assured me that the cell officer will review the complaint immediately and the delivery will be made on the same day.

Thanks for the prompt response i received my gas cylinder within 2 hours.

The service of Ratan enterprise is really worst. They are not delivering gas on time. Its more than a month now. Don't know how to resolve. We keep calling them like we do not have any other work. We have to struggle to get every basic service.

The complaint is regarding the distributor(Ratan Enterprises, KalewadiPhata, Pune) of Bharatgas.
The booking service is very very poor.

Everytime I (customer) call them they are either busy or they do not pick up the call.The staff they have recurited is not capable to give solutins and their service is useless/very worst response .Even though by chance they pick up the call and book cyclinder over phone they do not provide with the booking number and then we have to go to their office and book the cyclinder personally. I have customer since 2.5 years; I'm facing this issue every time when i need service with them..

Is been few days they don't have paper for print. Today I went to gas agency for transfering my gas connection, they were saying there is no paper for print the form and asking to come next time. When i asked them;when i need to come for transfering connection...they said call us on customer care no.before come, When i questioned give the number which one is working presently (they are having 4 phone no's)...but they don't have answer for this.

i request the company to take serious necessary/proper action on Ratan gas agenicies

Same thing happpening with me. I have booked 2 1/2 weeks ago, but no cylinder deliver as of now. frustrating.

I stay at Ashoka society near kalewadi phata, thergaon, We too are facing the same problem from last 4 years. After booking the cylinder on phone, we have to follow up delivery boy for next 10 days and call him at least 5 to 6 times to get cylinder at our home. Many times the delivery boy keeps his phone switch off and also when we try to contact ratan enterprise there phone is not working. I really get frustrated with the service of ratan enterprises. I don't remember even single time, I have got cylinder immediately after booking. These are very inefficient & hopeless people.

didnt get booked cylinder

I booked cylinder on 1st april2015 but without I received when I check status it shows that it deliverd on 7th april 2015. So may I know how can I get where is my booked cylinder.

Not making correction in Aadhar Card No. which is wrongly added by Agency / distributor

Sir, The wrong aadhar card no. added by the office and now they are not making correction in aadhar card. Also not doing their duties with honestly. Rude behaviour with the customer. my consumer no. is 22933

Not delivered for last 12days

Consumer No: 59325191 RSR gas agency not even attend the phone call. I tried 100times to reach them. But no response. The delivery boy behaving very worst. The gas not yet refilled for last 12days. Please deliver it ASAP.
