I AM A CUSTOMER OF RATAN ENTERPRISES -BHARAT GAS KALEWADI PIMPRI PUNE, NOW A DAYS WE ARE NOT GETTING GAS IN TIME & THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING AT OUR RESIDENCE WE HAVE TO GO TO THEIR SHOW STRUGLE FOR GETTING CYLINDER & CARRY ON OUR OWN TO OUR RESIDENCE WHICH IS RISKY. Very worst services.
1. First leaked cylinder given I returned any how.
2. SMS of delivered came 2 days before cylinder.
3. I booked for refilling on 3rd june and I received today which is Under weight( 26 kg )of cylinder.

Im very disappointed, please help me.
