[Resolved]  Bharat Matrimony — Unhappy about the services

Sir,

I would like to inform you that I had been using your services for one month i.e against 6000/- rupees and that month I am really surprised the way they are giving me the services, before I avail this services I personally talked to Mr. Rohan and he elaborately described me the services you are providing to your customer under previllage services whose cost around 70000/- per month but after a healthy discussion with Mr. Rohan he allowed to me to pay Rs.6000/- . On the very next day I made this payment at HDFC bank and inform accordingly and Mr. Rohan told me that he appointed a personalize manager name Mr. Rajesh Gosh who will look after this matter and everyday he will provide me the at least two numbers of id profile as per our requirement and on daily basis he will co-ordinate with me regarding the id profiles and if I give him the consent after gone through the profiles he will contact with them and talk with them on behalf o[censored]s and after that he will fix up the date by informing both the families to meet. This much services as per Mr. Rohan we should get during this one month services from Mr. Rajesh Gosh representative of Bharat Matrimony.

But there is big question mark about the above services which Mr. rohan told to me over telephone the day before I made payment.

Now during this one month I have received only 12 numbers of id profiles which Mr. rajesh has sent to my Id and in this one month he had talked with me hardly 10 days mostly in the 1st half of the working days. Sometimes I called up him in his personal number or sometimes in his official number he pick up the phone and asked me who is speaking when I told him anjan then he start reacting ooh Mr. Biswas “kamon achan bolun “ yes I have sent you two profiles yesterday have you gone through both the profiles after that I have said yes and I had sent you a message that I liked the profile you have received or not?? Then Mr. Rajesh said yes yes now he was trying to contact with the concern person of that profiles as he get in touch with them he will inform me accordingly. After two to three days if I remind him regarding the result he told me that still he was trying to contact with them and the phone number of that person he communicate to me for further process from my end. This type of services I have got from your so called manager who is specially appointed for this assigned job. The behavior he has shown in his first introduction over telephone that I never forget in my life the conversation was “ Mr. Biswas my name is Rajesh Gosh the number displayed in your cell its my official number and I can give you my personal number also so that you can contact with me in both my numbers but unfortunately he had not saved my number because payment is being made by me.Then he described his terms and conditions Please call me during official hours i.e 10 A.M to 6 P.M. in the working days Mr. Rajesh said to me in his first introduction. I personally request to Mr. Rohan and Mr. Rajesh to put some extra efforts for this job and both have committed to me that they will be giving the best but it has not happened.

After 15 days Mr. Khushal had called me up for extend the services and at that time I behaved him badly and describe all the above status. He give me assurance that he will talked to Mr. Rohan regarding the services which Mr. Rajesh has given and with the results he will call me within next two to three hour but that’s not happened after that on the same day in the evening time I called up Mr. Rohan and brief him that boss, I am not getting the proper services from your appointed manager and he assured me that from tomorrow onwards for the rest 15 days you will get the better services and I will chat with Mr. Rajesh on next morning do not worry sir. I am also convinced the way he is giving me the solution for next 15 days but nothing has happened.



Sir. I know that the above true story has no meaning for you but I request you to please read the above true story if you get time from your busy schedule for one of your customer I think you are able to know about your manager and who so ever are talking with me.

The services which you have provided me if that is your services than I am speechless and I am saying sorry for writing the above if not then I am waiting at least a justified answer from your end.
