Bharathi Call taxi (bharathicalltaxi.com) are the worst customer centeric travel agency. Due to a sudden plan i had booked a vehicle in Bharathi call taxi- Chennai on 15th Aug 2012.The first call was picked up by a female who did not reveal her name and took wrong number and hung up without even giving a booking number. The second time i called some other female took the phone and took the details (my phone number, name, address time of pick up) and she gave me a booking number-1606. When i asked her the driver detail she told i will be getting a SMS on the given phone number. After one hour when i tried reaching the land line again as i did not get the SMS Mr.Selva picked the call and confirmed that the vehicle will be sent on 6:30pm at my residence. However he could not give me a drivers number, but confirmed that the booking was made. After one hour when i tried reaching them again as i still get the SMS, they sounded rude and did not bother to answer and hung up. After repeated calling, they started giving wrong names, a female named herself as Bala and the men responded very carelessly. By late afternoon when i tried reaching them again as i did not get a confirmation about the details of the vehicle or driver number Mr.Mahendran picked up the call and could not give me a proper answer again and also hung up while i was speaking. Later Ms.Avanshi (not sure if its her real name) picked the call and gave me a drivers number- Driver name- Mr.Suresh ([protected]). I tried reaching the driver and he told that the number the booking people had given was wrong and as he could not reach me he was given a new task. After which i called them up again and came to know that they had cancelled the booking number. A new guy gave me a new booking number and told i will get a SMS again. When i insisted in getting the driver’s number he sounded rude and unpolite. He named himself as Mr.Arasu. Finally i tried reaching them again half an hour before the schedule pick up time, and i was told that the vehicle was not available. He did not even apologise & asked me to make my own arrangements. I asked them to connect me to the supervisor as i had being fooled around for the whole day ensuring that the SMS will reach and denied off giving a vehicle on the nth hour. My sincere advice to all, to use Bharathi call taxi as the last resort to travel. The people are not polite and irresponsible. We could have missed out train had we trusted these fellows. Their website also gives a wage email id. The people who run the show do not bother as they are well established and don’t bother about the trouble others come across. My advice to avoid this cab facility to have a hassle free travel experience in Chennai. Suman. [protected].
