I have booked a car rental for 7:00 PM from Adyar to Koyambedu (CMBT) , when we call the driver over his mobile number, he tells that he has neared the location saying it from 7:15 pm to 8:oo pm ,but he doesnt turn back . Then finally I took a auto and travelled to catch the bus at 8:45 pm . I couldnt reach by time and missed the bus , as I went to the reservation counter for cancellation they said it has gone above 30 an hour . So, I called back to the PRO Vijay in his contact no - [protected] , he spoke me once and later I call 100 times he didnt pick the call . later the PRO - Vijay gave another manager number to call [protected] . He not at all pick .I was suffered with mentally and depressed . This peoples doesnt have enough number of vehicles and divert vehicles from Fast Track. Utter waste service in chennai . call taxi — Worst service
We have booked a taxi on 22nd May, to pick our parents from station to boduppal. I have been communicating with them since 22nd evening to 23rd morning. They committed to pick them up by 8.30from station. Unfortunately they didn't come to station and also they didn't respond our call for 1 hr from 8.30 to 9.30.We have been struggled for 1.30 hrs time with luggage . If they told us before we could have booked some other taxi service which is reliable atleast. They should not suppose to so that in the last moment
