I have booked a car rental for 7:00 PM from Adyar to Koyambedu (CMBT) ,
when we call the driver over his mobile number, he tells that he has neared
the location saying it from 7:15 pm to 8:oo pm ,but he doesnt turn back .
Then finally I took a auto and travelled to catch the bus at 8:45 pm .
I couldnt reach by time and missed the bus , as I went to the reservation
counter for cancellation they said it...

Rude behavior of the driver and irresponsible response from the customer service executive of Bharathi Call Taxi

I booked a call taxi to pickup my grandparents from Ambattur Railway station to Thirumulaivoil. When they called up the driver to located him he made them to walk to different places by not giving the proper landmark and in few min he told them to call up the customer service and cancel the booking.

My old parents were helpless in this situation and waited there for close to 2 HRS and then got a risk to go to my house.

Irresponsible

I booked for a cab at 9 PM in Bharathi call taxi to my trip to Airport, the booking was done at 5.15 PM. Till 9 PM no cab arrived and I made call to the booking office where I got irresponsible answer many times. Finally I was informed that they have no cab. It is totally irresponsible when I asked why they didn't inform me few hours ago, I was given an irresponsible answer taht they came to know about the issue only few minutes ago....
