[Resolved] Big Bazaar — PATHETIC SERVICE AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS | |||
This is during the exchange coupons , while we purchased AC from samsung, nobody came to install it, the outdoor unit was broken and even we went to ask for an exchange but to the astonishment each unnit of them was broken, it was not replaced even we didnt get any people from samsung to install it. samr etime we bought an 4 seated dinidng table, till date its not delivered ita amont now. This kind of pathetic service is not accepted, secondly the furniture which are there in catalogue and i have seen then in Delhi, its not ac=vailable here, how can we trust BIGBAZAAR. I have to call them and selling is not what is to be done only. I have my old aunty who is suffeirng from knee problem so she purchased it and now she thought its good to buy one than to make one, and now she is well. I think i would personaly never buy any thing form BIG BAZAAR( electronics and home town). Please reply me. PURABEE Was this information helpful? | |||

I have purchased a Blu-Ray Player as per the details given above, from Big Bazar, Cuttack. The product was purchased on 23rd October, 2011 (Bill details, Till No-12, Receipt No-0006879, St-4811, Ch-150905, Tr-11903). With our lot of efforts when I couldn’t use the product I had to lodge a request/complain at your toll free no. The complain no is RNA[protected], dated 24th October, 2011. But as promised when after 2 days nobody turned up I had to call up again and same assurance was given again that someone will take care of the complain.
Finding no other way I had been to the retailer, Big Bazar, Cuttack to inform the same and asked them to return the product so that I can have something else which will at list work. In this regard I had a word with the sales man Mr. Subhendu (Cell No – [protected]). As per Subhendu he asked me to call him up and give him the complain no so that he will take care of the problem.
But today when I am trying to contact him he is not receiving my call.
So I would like to know that, is this the way LG or Future Value retail Limited respond to the problem of the customers. I have purchased something from your end & its lying idle for nearly five days.
I hope someone will take the problem seriously and will try to sort it out.
