Hello, I have a free holiday voucher from Big City Promotions. I got this voucher when I took the subscription of India Today. The reason I m writing to you is that the voucher is near it's expiry. It will get expired in a week's time and I wont be available to get my free holiday package voucher redeemed as I cannot take off from work at the moment. Can you please extend the validity of the voucher by a month? Or you can even charge me a bit and extends its validity. Is that possible? Please let me know asap. Thanx. :)
I have sent you them completely filled holiday voucher No. ITBC 17826 along with a DD of Rs.899.00 some nine months ago . I have also got onfirmation from their office that they have received it and Madam Anuusha of there office confirmed me that she will be giving me confirmation for Agra in the month of Feburary'11 by last week of December'10. We didnt buy the philips product because we had this offer. We can pay for our lunch and movie as well. If you didnt have the ability to give the gifts why the hell did you make an Ad out of it.

I think you guys are running a complete scam. I made a booking over 2 weeks ago under the Philips scheme ( after making a 100 phone calls trying to get through). You were supposed to confirm the day before the movie but never called. Me and my husband kept calling but everytime we would get through and mention `Philips', your service guys would just disconnect...Can't believe that you have the gall to talk about yourselves as if you are a professional company.
They are fraud people and should rather be called as BIG CHEAT PEOPLE, i have got coupons from standard chartered bank for movie. And i time i try to redeam it i keep getting a response from them saying i'll get a call from their booking department and it never happnens as usual.

I naught Philips hairdryer and got gift voucher for free haircut.
I called them more than 10 times everyone they said they'll call me back and I never got the call.
After calling these many times even after the number is always busy anyhow I managed to speak them every time but it was my bad luck it wasn't a folders number and I got my phone bill more than 300 rupees.

I regret to say that inspite of my three repeated attempt AND getting Rs.21(Rupees Twenty one only) debited towards my mobile charges, I could not speak to your service agent for booking of my lunch on Philips promotional voucher ([protected]). For booking the movie (Voucher No.[protected]), I had to wait for almost ten minutes before speaking to your agent. It was simply increasing my Mobile phone bill (Rs.12) WHICH IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE. Promotion vouchers are suppose to be at free of hidden costs including unnecessary phone charges. Please do let me know HOW DO I BOOK MY LUNCH NOW. An early response is expected.

It was supposed to be deliver on March 27th but I got an SMS saying that there's a technical issue going on. It's 29th march now and I haven't got any call or pizza.
