They called me and asked my adhaar and pan card with an assurance that after successful verification I’ll get the mobile phone for winning the contest within 45 days of documents submission.

It’s been 60 days and they are still saying we are working on it and the client is not responding.

I am very worried about my documents that what exactly they are doing with it....

Bigcity promotions is a Fraud company. I won a reward under yippeewishcontest and its about a year now and I didn't get it yet. Fraud company and fake promises. Really disappointed and fed-up now.

Offer of rs 60 paytm offer was made with maggi sauce bottle. After complying with all 3 requirements, i had submitted the data to myredemption.in but a message flashed "maximum utilization exceeded" - means the amounts of rs 60 has already been used by somebody. Thus i was not given any benefit of credit of rs 60/=.

Bigcity promotions has been defrauding customers by making false offers so please do not fall prey to their such campaigns as these will turn out to be fraudulent and customer would be exploited and harassed and no benefit would be given to customers.

It is a Fraud company. We did hiring for their BD department. Placed a candidate but never received the payment from the company. We do have the signed agreement and all the necessary documents to prove the same. When we really pushed them to pay our bill they terminated the candidate too.

Have spoken to many people about this, be it their employees, customers or their vendors. No one is Happy with them. Owner of the company is a BIG Fraud. His name is Vikas Shah and can be reached at [protected].

Would encourage people not be his customer and should never JOIN this company too for employment purpose.

I have the same complaint.. I filed a booking request for movie.. and after giving a missed call they msg me that we are unable to call u kindly call on our customer care number.. I tried calling them 5 times.. every time my call is kept on hold nd my balance gets deducted. It's better not to waste time and money rather book ur tickets on your own because the amount u spend on calling will be equal to a movie ticket..:-( Very disappointed

Pathetic!! i have been calling at Big city promotions since three days. on Saturday-4th may at 10.05pm i had booked 2 tickets at fun cinemas for shootout at wadala. the person who booked the tickets sent a wrong booking id. i was not sent any confirmation mail even. i have been booking tickets since quite a while now and have always received a proper sms and email. i waited for the email till the show timing but since the lady who had booked said that sms will also do i went all the way for the movie. on reaching fun cinemas andheri i was informed that the booking id is invalid. the attendant politely asked us to wait till the show starts so that he would give us the tickets in case any remain since the booking id was wrong! after waiting we were informed that no tickets remain. i had to come back home disappointed. all my travelling expense and time was wasted and my Saturday night ruined. I have explained the entire situation to at least 5 different people. the lady who had booked (in reality not booked) my tickets is in fact not accepting the error made by her and instead arguing with me. the manner of talking was also very rude. no matter what the issue is an employee is not supposed to talk to the client in this manner. she said she will verify the complain made by me with fun cinemas n never got back to me. today i called again spoke to a supervisor who again assured me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. again no response!! it is really disappointing to see the professionalism. This is a very ridiculous manner of treating your clients. I will definitely take some action on this matter if the issue isn't resolved!

This complaint is about behavior and poor response from big city promotions.

first of all when I put the request for movie booking they told they'll call 1 day prior to the date I’ve asked for.
I waited but didn't get any call. I only called many times and every time I call on their number, I get the response saying they'll call back within some time for sure. but no response. twice I got call and it got disconnected, though at my end there was no network problems.

When next day I called asking about they didn’t call me back, they gave excuse that I was cutting the call. Why would I cut the call when I am only asking them to book tickets. Moreover they were really rude and way of talking was real bad.

Finally they told there is no slots for next 4-5 days. And agreed on booking a ticket for 27th Dec. they also committed that they’ll confirm the booking one day prior to the date of booking. and now I got a call saying that they have technical issues and they can’t book movies for 1 week. when I asked to talk to a senior person/manager, they told they can provide me tickets in exceptional category. also committed that they'll call back in some time. I am damn sure that they'll again give some stupid reason. what they can give is only false promises and huge frustration, nothing else.

I don’t understand why they are issuing such promotional activities if they can’t handle it.

My suggestion to everyone is to not to rely on these people. I think the amount you’ll save with the voucher will be balanced out with your mobile bills which you’ll be spending by calling them. Moreover you’ll get frustration.

i filed a complaint at this site nearly 2 weeks ago and response came in 24 hrs assuring me concerned feedback.but after sending dozens of mail to their different representatives they dont even bother.the world reading this should know that bagittoday n india today is fraud company.their representatives will call u 10 times a day will mail u exciting offers but once you are trapped you will remain calling them in endless queues.i booked 2...

i was contacted by times of india representatives and i book 2 orders of britannica encyclopidia just because 2 holiday packages were promised.i claimed by prizes from the link and courired it to bangalore address duly but havnt recieved any intimation so far.
after dozens of calls at ur no. [protected] i have received information that my gift is being processed and they will mail me the papers which i am required to faill along with demand draft that day itself which never happened.
most worst experience is that i recieve nearly 10 calls from india today book club n wen i try n request the tele callers to enquire my status of previous order they simply disconnect as if they r only bothered about those who purchase.

but i havnt got any feedback on this.i and my husband are planning to sue this case in consumer forum as we are treated very rudely by one o[censored]r representatives.
infact one i was approached by a tele caller who was also giving a free holiday package scheme on 31 dec to whom i narrated my story n he just told me to book another one so that he can look into my matter...great!!!

I CONTACTED THE ADDRESS GIVEN BY THEM. AS PER THEIR DIRECTIONS I SENT A DEMAND DRAFT WORTH RS 850/- NOW IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 10 MONTHS I HAVE NOT GOT ANY CONFIRMATION ON MY HOLIDAY PACKAGE NOR HAD I GOT MY MONEY BACK.MY DETAILS ARE AS UNDER:-
