So I tried buying my domain for 2 years. Firstly it gives me Cart Amount Rs. 728/-

Payment failed due to maintenance issue of Bigrock.
Now I got an invoice of Rs. 1258/-

I tried contacting them with chat and support ticket.
No one responded

VERY BAD COMPANY

Never ever fall into the trap for this fraudster racket called Bigrock
I happened to register a domain and they too money from me for renewal but suspended my domain for one full year and made me run from pillar to post blackmailing me to pay the amount again saying that they refunded me.
Inspite of producing my bank statement for the payment period they kept on parrotting the same lie asking me to pay again.
They even blocked my authorisation code to prevent a transfer to other reliable registrars.
These frausters are criminals let loose in this lawless country.

i am being charged from big rock pay. and i have no idea what the company is.. it says its a web hosting server. but i have not requested an account and can not get a live person to resolve my issue.. taking it up to file a federal complaint with company tomorrow during business hours.

Beware of Big Rock! They keep sending me email messages saying that I have purchased domains when I've never even heard of this company before. I have contacted their support team through email multiple times to block my email address from their system and they continue signing me up for domains. The name they are using is clearly not mine. Then I received an email saying that someone with one of these domains is using it for phishing. But they obviously haven't done anything about that because this person is still allowed to buy domains using my email address. It's a nightmare. A constant flow of emails that have nothing to do with me and no-one responding to my pleas to make it stop. If they don't end this soon, I plan to turn them in to my internet provider and let them go after them. Assuming this company is even a legitimate domain provider, I would never do business with them. For all I know, they may even be the ones doing the phishing!

I added Rs.1500 to my bigrock account. The amount is also deducted from my bank account, but bigrock executives say they hasn't received any payment. No reply from bigrock.

I have purchased 1 domain from my bigrock on 30 May 2017 and since then, i have been constantly receiving unsolicited emails and calls form web developers who want to build my website and referring to the domains that i have booked through Bigrock.

This is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, HIGHLY UNETHICAL, outright violation of my privacy by your company and i am going to make this issue public to let others know that they should stay away from bigrock.

Worst experience with BigRock
They are not returning my money back and they marked my money as non refundable without any information.

Never go with Bigrock, every member of Bigrock team is manager and their policy is Manager does want to work.
I have escalated to Manager, Account Manager and [protected]@bigrock.in, no one need to reply, they will say "So sorry" in mail.

I purchased a domain name at auction. The domain name is at big rock. I was not give a user id. The phone numbers on the site forward to other business. The fax number is not working. I cannot create a ticket without a user ID. I cannot create a new account as I get an error. I have not been able to get control of my domain name. The auction site will get back to me - maybe. I will have my attorney file a icann complaint if needed. I am guessing big rock is going out of business.

Look how cunning they are, there is a Delete option at the bottom of the hosting page. I clicked on that and my hosting account got deleted. No one from bigrock called to confirm. Now I am trying to reach them I can't. Bigrock customer service is the worst as you won't be able to reach between 8pm-10am. Can you imagine how miser "chindi" they are. "[protected]" will not work between 8PM-10AM. There support/chat service is always unavailable. Now, see how smart they are, say the account got deleted, why didn't you initiate the refund process yet, if there is no refund then why to give the delete option in the first place.

I mean say I don't like Bigrock service, I want to delete my hosting at get refund, now if there is no refund then why would i delete my hosting in the first place, i would let it be or use it no that i cant refund it, but why in the world i would delete it. So why have you provided that option?? so that someone can accidentally delete it and you be in profit. WTF?

I brought a .in domain from big rock and just after buying it within 1day I have deleted my order. They have refunded the amount in my big rock account and too by charging cancellation fee. However it is no where mention on their website that they will charge cancellation fee for getting your order cancelled. Moreover when I try to refund the fund from big rock account to my personal account, it says the amount has been processed. But I haven't got my money back to my debit card.
