[Resolved] BIG TV — NO Technician to attend the Complaint | |
I have been having issues with Big TV signal Quality. Most of the time it says poor Quality signal and no channels show up. I have been calling the customer care for more than 3 weeks now and my issue has not been resolved. A good joke is that some one from their end has closed the ticket saying that they spoke to me and the issue was resolved where i had not received any contact on that specified date. I would rather provide a Negative feedback on the Quality of service provided by Big tv. Bangalore. Was this information helpful? | |
