I am manoj from TENALI.We had owned a BIGTV.Before we owned it we are having TATASKY when we are on that service we did not have any problem and after a year later we had came to your service.just for only two months it was good .
Thenonwards the problems are arising.we had changed BOX NEAR TV there by it was good for ONE OR THREE MONTHS. Now Due to the cause of airit says
SIGNAL LOST.After some time it says SIGNAL QUALITY IS GOOD but the T.V IS NOT TELECASTING.i BUZZED TO THEM THEY TOLD TO PAY SOME AMOUNT

i have installed this on 24th nov 2008, and from 26 the tv is not working, it shows that there is a smart card error
i have lodged a complaint from 27 nov but till date it seems that no one cares about. the customer service of bigtv is very poor, they have not cared to send a single engineer till date that i e december 16, 2008. with such bad customer service i feel that everyone should know that bigtv has a very pathetic customer service. We are not able to view any channel from 26th nov.
