BIG TV — Cash Card

I have purchased 3 nos.of cash card of Rs.100 total of Rs.300,when i am going for recharge through mobile their is only one card is active and rest two is temporarily inactive the serial no. of the cards [protected] & [protected],after talking with Big Tv customer care they replied that I have to wait for further 24 hour to recharge or buy new cards again,my question is
Why do I buy new cards to restore the connection ? or why do I wait for 24 hours to recharge?
Who is responsible for this inconveneyence?

Im purchased 3 nos of case card when im going to recharge through net. on dated 05/06/2011 n this time thir is only one card is active in credit my account, and rest two is anactive the seril no [protected] and other one [protected] after told with big-tv. customer care they repled, ... that i have to wait for futher as loged on date this issue not don solve
WO IS RESPOSIBLE FOR THIS IN CONVENIENCE N SOLVE MY ISSUE TELL ME ???
DO SAME THING KNOW N SOLVE MY ISSUE.
