[Resolved]  BIG TV — Delay of installation

We have taken Big TV digital connection three months ago on 28th Feb 2011 with one plus one offer with 5 months free and free installation. I have paid 2980/- for connection and the Check number is 319391. The representative name is Raghavendra Chary and his mobile number is [protected]. He said that he will install the two connections within three days. He is not responding since the time we had paid the amount. He is not picking up the phone when we are calling from our mobiles. So, we have called him from the other mobiles then he picked up the phone(after two months). Then we have asked him about the connection on 14th May 2011 then, they dumped us the two dish antennas and installation kits at our residence, Kothapet, Dilsukhnagar. They said that they will install the dish antennas the very next day. Without our notice they have activated the connections but they did not installed the two dish antennas yet. In mean time we shifted to Nizampet, Kukatpally on 28th May 2011. on the day we shifted our house we have called the customer care several times till today. They are registering the complaints and they are saying that, they will resolve the issue within 48hrs and the complaint number is[protected]. Still today no one called up to resolve the issue.

When we have called up the customer care, the executive said that the plan is only for two months and your connection is already activated. Without the installation, how will the connection be activated?

Still how many days should we wait for our connections? If you will not install the connection within two days please refund our amount.

I have purchased package of Rs.690/- HD PACKAGE. Sales representative by name Hemanth with his mobile No.[protected] has sold it to me saying this scheme is only for central government employees. I purchased it on 12.10.2011. Even after 3 days installation of dish has not taken place. Mr.Hemanth's mobile number is not traceable / reachable.

He promised me that the installation will be done within one day.
The offer package has number [protected].
pincode on the scratch card is 3148
Please call on my mobile and confirm whether there is any scheme like this. whether the sales man is an employee of Reliance Big TV. Why installation has not taken place yet?
