BIG TV — NO power on in set off box

I have been taken the big tv connection recently but I am not getting the power on problem in set off box.I am informed to local office in chennai the ph.no[protected],but I am given compliants on 28/1/2011.My ID no[protected]&contact no [protected].
But I am not satisfied your servivce still noboady come from your company for attending the compliants
