[Resolved]  BigFlix — Failure of Delivery - Even after Standing Instruction

BigFlix — Delivery Issue

I, Sandeep Kumar, Presently residing in 504, A-11, Happy valley Homes, Manpada, Thane (W), want to state that i have completed my resistation on bigflix.com on 27th of this month at around 11:30 am after talking to the customer care, who assured me to deliver the cd to my house within 24 hours of the request. Today is the 4th day and i havn't received any such cd yet. I am calling them regularly for last 3 days and i have spent lot of time as well as money in the same. I am very upset with the service. Whenever i call them, they keep on promising me to deliver it within few hours of my call, but they aren't. Moreover, when i requested them to get me to any senior person; they refuse to do so. They even dont explain the sufficient and clear cause of non-delivery. They have already charged my account 3 days back. I am very upset with the service.
Kindly do the needful and return me all the money including the time i have spent and the mental pain i have gone through.

I am also facing a similar problem i am not getting the delivery of CD on time they are giving excuse that the all the delivery person has fallen sick hence could not deliver the CD. i am facing this problem in Kolkata.

BigFlix — They don't deliver movies as they claim

I am frustrated complaining tirelessly for non-delivery of dvds on time after pick up request has been sent. when called customer care, standard answer is your complain is fwd and you will get dvd asap(god know if they know meaning of asap). when asked for contacting supervisors, he is never present in office at that time.

Do we have the contact number of any senior management of the company or address where we can meet them. I am think of filing a consumer court complain. I need my money back!!!

Stay away from any Reliance group companies, don't invest in them, don't deal with them any way, I had learnt this lesson when I was having their phone. They make lofty promises, show big dreams, but execution of them is 0. I don't know why I got tempted for big flix.

Let me know how can we file a consumer complaint.

BigFlix — No Movie deliver

My account activated on 22/12/08 Membership # 55846953. Passward alloted on 30/12/08. so far no movie deliver to me I have lodged them complaint ( compaint # 556243 on 07/01/09) . contacted Bigflix over tel on many time ( more than 3times)& requested them through Email on 08/01, 12/01 & 13/01/09 complaint not yet sorted out

BigFlix — Non delivery of movies

I had become member of this company on 24 Dec08. on 27 Dec 08 one DVD of a movie was delivered to me. on 05 Jan 09 I asked for pick up request and so far (21 Jan 09) no has come to pick up or deliver a movie. In between I have been talking to their customer care at 39885454. Every day they tell they are trying to solve the issue but not doing anything. Three times they said that the list has become zero and that is the reason they are not able to deliver. I had to update my list four times wasting lot of tome as the site updation is very slow. When the movie list is full then they say they are trying to solve the problem. I strongly suspect that they are only making the list to zero so as to avoid delivery of movies.

The services are not there at all. The so called customer care at 39885454 is only meant for lip service.
For the fourth time my movie list has become zero for the best reasons known to them. No delivery has taken place for the past 16 days.I don't know how to sort out this company. If anyone has any clue please help me.

BigFlix — non delivery for 20 days ,stores shut down

hey guys in spite of 20 calls and atleast 10 emails and complained big flix is just not responding to my request..they show a movie delivered and taken back twice in twenty days but never delivered to me...i request big flix to stop cheating us ....my id is 58386075 and mail id [protected]@gmail.com

it is so bad and hurting to see a organization like your doing such cheap tricks

first close down ur shops withput any reason or intimation
second the movie rakt charitra shows as being held by me which never came to me at all , i still hold the old movie

last but not the least i receive at least five days f repeated sms and mail that the movie is on the way to be delivered but never reach me, do i have to wait for a week for the movie which i have reserved and u guys are playing around with our time and money,

who is going to compensate for the crap i have been going through , can someone answer

it is really cheap o[censored] guys to get down to such tricks.

BigFlix — Non delivery of DVD

Bigflix company is now the biggest CHEATING organization

They do not have any organization infact. No physical stores, no offices. Just couple of delivery guyz and 1 or 2 customer care agents.

My account number is 40002719.

They are not delivering DVD's for me since 15 days and no body is even bothered to call me back. I called customer care 20 times and mailed them about 10 times. Everytime they say they will arrange a call back. this company is now. All ANIL DHIRUBHAI AMBANI companies are FRAUD companies.

Very soon i expect this company to become bankrupt.(DIWALA nikaldega)
