Blackberry — blackberry took my mobile for replacement and promised to give back in 6 days time, today its been 23 days, no reply from them

i got my mobile and it had been just a month it started giving me software problems, i went to service station and they updated the software, because of they doing this, all the default programs which bb gives were deleted, i asked them to replace my mobile, they said they wil send to banglore office and replace it in 6 days. 10th day i got a call saying your mobile is replaced(which according to them was a replaced piece, but i doubt it to b the same piece) because the replaced piece still had the same problems like my old piece...i again asked to replace it...now its been another 13 days n there is no reply from blackberry, nor they have given me any piece...i bought bb and i am without it since 23 days...

i want somebody from bb to reply me...i mailes the senior authorities also...but no body is replying...i mailed sanjay.[protected]@redington.co.in and [protected]@redington.co.in also, but they are least bothered to reply bak to customers....bloody chor. took the mobile and my money also...n no one to reply....

Blackberry Mobile — default piece

I have bought a new mobile online in bag it today.From the first day itself the speaker for the same is not functional and is useless now.Please let me know if any thing can be done sbout the same it is hardly 3 months old
Dear Sir, As you have suggested i had surrender my mobile once again  to M/s Dugar sales on dated04.01.2012 at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India wide ref no /BPASPGT001B00175 .pL kind to note that thirdtime i am sending back my mobile and also note that this mobile remaininoperative more than 60 days out of 150 days. As previously 30 days due tonon availability of battery and than more power consumptionthan warranted specified in your marketing brochure.Due to CDMA in builtsim card system i can not easily switch over to another mobile and my worksuffered a lot.Please note that still i had not received my new instrument and my service provider still not got from the co.  You r requested toverify my emails and complaint so that u can evaluate my case properly. I am highly disappointed by the way in which Blackberry is managing this problem! Most individuals using the Blackberry service is quite dependant on it for their various business and communication needs. After experiencing this with them, I was very put off and disgusted. Now I understand why everyone resorts to the Apple iPhone. If Blackberry can’t put processes and procedures in place to prevent and fix problems like these...
