[Resolved]  Blazeflash Courier — Non delivery of documents

Please tell me the where is my COURIER my receipt no is[protected]

I had a worst experience in my life with Blazeflash courier.My uncle has send me some documents from Delhi to guwahati through blazeflash courier on 09 Nov 2010. Courier NO[protected] and the same is still not received. I have checked their web site and tried all their Guwahati contact Nos but all land line nos are not in use.Finally I tried my luck with their Customer care and lodged a complaint and got my complaint no 301 on 12 nov 2010.I also located their office in Guwahati and came to know that they also yet to receive my documents.I have informed the same to their customer care the reply was to wait and watch...Only God knows whether I will get my document or not ... I had a worst experience in my life with Blazeflash courier.I have sent some documents from Roorkee to Vill Tajpur Shimbhlka Shamli MUzaffarnagar through blazeflash courier on 18/Oct/ 2010. Courier NO[protected] and the same is still not received. I have checked their web site and tried all their Roorkee contact Nos but i had not get any response forn roorkee office Finally i m trying to through your web site . if said docs were not deliverd so get back to me return . i m a corporate customer.

Kindly track and hand over me back the consignment no[protected] booked on 20.11.2010 from Agra to Dehradun not delivered yet. As it contains valuable road permit (form 38).

Dear Sir,

My frnd send to me some important Paper to me on 24.11.2010 Shamali (MZN) to Gurgaon Courier no[protected] but by default to my landlord courier return back. First thing courier person call to that no mantion on courier packet. but he dnt do.
Nextday i called ggn Shushant loak Office he said to me he return back the courier. Still now i m not received courier GGN OR MZN.
I want to know where is my Courier. That is very very important to me.
I request to you pls help o me. and confirm me ASAP. I m awaiting your revert.

Blaze Flash Courier — non delivery & worst customer care

blaze flash is the worst courier service i have ever seen
NOT JUST BECAUSE OF NON-DELIVERY BUT ALSO BECAUSE OF WORST COSTOMER CARE..
My parcel is still undelivered even after 10 days
and the customer care and online tracking site show no details (except forwarded to)..
i tried for more than 100 times and then the lady hangs up the phone..
ridiculous.

their 2 out of 4 telephone no. dont even work.
rest always busy

One of my medicine parcel was sent from karnal to Agartala on 21/07/2012 Doc No :[protected] by BLAZE FLASH but Iand the same is still not received. I have sent request to BLAZE FLASH feed back, but they also not helped me.

My courier no[protected] sent from Bihar to Guwahati on 6th December has still not reached me. On the Internet it shows it has reached Guwahati on 11th December, but the blaze flash office here in ulubari refuse to acknowledge it. And also the number on the Internet courier tracking site is also incorrect. Kindly help me
