[Resolved]  Blazeflash Couriers Ltd. — Consignment Not delivered

Sub :- Non delivery of consignment booked on the date 17.06.09.

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to above subject I have booked a consignment from your courier on the date 17.06.09 via docket no[protected] from your frenchicy M/s Swami Telecom near new agra police station on the name of Mr B. R. Gakhre Address H. N. No 16 P.W.D. Colony, Obaidullaganj Dist. Raisen MP 464993 but till date the consignment not delivered.

I am doing continuously telephonic follow-up to your Agra branch with Mr Tyagi Cell No [protected] since last 7 days & I have done more than 20 calls but not a single time I have received any positive response from your branch.

I am regular user of your courier service for Pune & Delhi since last one year but till date I have not received any complaint but this time I feeled that in case of complaint your company is having very poor support & attitude toward the complaint & customers.

My consignment belongs to CDs of my personnel document & official confidential software’s if this CDs will misplace we will face Sevier problems.

I have given the complete details regarding the matter to you hence lastly I request you either to deliver the consignment up to 9.07.09 on given address or returned to me.

I am expecting your prompt response ., otherwise I will be able to take further legal auctioning.
