[Resolved]  Blazeflash — Not found courier and branch manager said your courier is delivered

I am Diwaker Pandey. I am sending you the courier status which is send by Uttam Nagar Branch, but till day i have not received my courier, when i call in uttam nagar branch, branch manager said to me, that your courier is delivered in wrong address. Yesterday (6 Aug 2012) when i call then said to me that your courier will be deliver within 15 min but till day i was not found my courier. If you have required call recording then i will forwarded to you.Please suggest me and do the needful asap.

My courier is Agra to Janakpuri.
