I don't understand why the blue dart courier guys are not calling the customer if they are not sure about the address. I receveied a call from the bank stating that the cheque book requested has been returend back to the bank due to address in complete.
The fun part here is for the past 4 years I am receiving the bank statement in the same address via indian post office. service is provided by blue dart. I think the should better run a goonda company rather than returning all the letters back to sender and earning money.
I am even not able to reach the grievance cell of blue dart... the COMPANY... with a bad attitude. Was this information helpful? |
The complaint is very genuine and correct. If possible one must avoid availing the services of Blue Dart. Today, i enquired about one parcel sent more than 40 hours before via way bill No [protected] and they charged me 460/- Rs For ensuring proper delivery on time. Now they are giving excuse, that residence was closed hence they did not deliver the parcel. Why have they taken mobile No & residence no of receipient if they have to give such replies normally given by courier companies who charge much less. Our indian post & telegraph dept also leaves a proof of visiting the receipient place and requesting to collect parcel from post office within 1 weeks times. This is purely cheating and looting going on every where and out of this, this courier service through customer care executive By Name Wilma, conveys this information boldly to me today that they do not call any one for delivering the consignment nor do they leave any message . This is highly deficient service and deplorable and must be condemned by one and all. i am afraid if this things are not made known to others, we will always fall in trap of such marketing gimmicks and shall remain guillible and weak, without any support from any corners.
