[Resolved] Bluedart Express — Inefficiency while delivering courier
This is Monty Ruchandani Shipment no. [protected]. This is in reference to the courier which I have not received till date just because of BLUE DART from Vimannagar.
First of all when i received the 'sorry to missed you' slip on 3/5, there were 2 errors which were made from their side.
1) It was a third try (this i got to know from customer service) and that person has mentioned that on the first column which indicates delivery boy has come for the first time .
2) They have written the incorrect no. on the 'sorry to missed you' slip on 3rd of may 08 which was[protected]/97 however the correct no. is 66280296/97
Now, i tried several time but could not contact due to wrong no. Also on 3rd of may they came and on 5th of may they have sent back to chennai. When i asked why it was returned back they said it was 3 rd try however as a customer anyone will think as it was mentioned in first column it would be the first try.
Please take the necessary actions for the same.
