Bluedart — Complaint/grievance against the delivery persons for waybill [protected] | |||
Hi, This is to inform you that, I was expecting a vital consignment from my bank HSBC couple of weeks back. When I inquired few days back, about its non delivery, I came to know that it is returned. Let me tell you that though me and my spouse are both working, still my wife stayed home to receive the same on 16th dec 2010 after getting their confirmation of delivery on that day but no body appeared on the day. Next day a delivery person came and informed my relative in my house that last week he has gone back 3 times earlier and now he returns as he requires a proof of identity. Now my question is...if I had to believe he returned 3 times earlier then why he tells the requirement of identity proof on 4th time(it should be 1st time) and not in 1st time and why BLUDART fails to deliver on committed date(16 Dec2010). Are we expected to stay back in home to receive the same for indefinite time? Now when I called your customer care on this Saturday( 18th dec 2010) one customer care lady confirmed me the delivery on this Wednesday( 22Dec 2010) . Now I took a day off from my office and stayed back to receive the same today(22 Dec 2010) . When it doesn't appear on promised time, I called your customer care only to find that it has been returned to the sender. I had to call back my bank and arrange the delivery to bank branch itself so that I can pick it up from there only. I am totally fed up with BLUDART''s delivery persons and systems.They only cheat and harras people on the name of on time delivery Was this information helpful? | |||

I send one parcel on date may 03-2011 with reference number:[protected].The parcel did not reach the destination.The reason was that the company forgot to put a sticer on the parcel.Even the recipient was available, they did not deliver the parcel.Now i am calling the customer care, they are only telling that it will be delived on today(6-may), but still the recipient did not get the package.
This type of service makes me never use bluedart in future unless this issue is not rectiried ASAP.
