[Resolved] Bluedart — Late delivery of my courier at Delhi | |||
An envelope was sent through Blue Dart with registration number[protected] on 20 Oct 2010 to be delivered at Delhi on 21 Oct 2010. When the envelope was not delivered on 21 Oct 2010 ,the inquiry was made with Blue Dart in Mumbai and Delhi customer services. They informed that delivery could not be made as the house was found closed. As a matter of fact they did not reach the said house at all . The concerned person was at home whole day ( 24 hours).The reason given by Blue Dart is baseless and totally false.I paid Rs 250/- for a small envelope and write mobile number of the concerned person too which they never bothered to try. On inquiry too, their Mumbai and Delhi office person told that they do not have the provision to contact the customer by phone if house is found closed. I appeal the concerned authorities to take strict actions against such type of irresponsible people and company who enjoys with consumer's big money without providing valuable service to them.
