Bluedart — Miss Commitment Very Very Poor Service Quality | |
It Was Committed from Mumbai BlueDart on 21st Sept 2013 that the package will be sent on 23rd Sept 2013 maximum it will take 3 days . Till Now It has not reached . I called up Kolkata BlueDart they are telling Mumbai Branch has given wrong info and it takes 5 days to reach kolkata. If that be the case I would have opted a Express Services. I have faced a massive loss for the same .Its painful to believe we cant even trust companies like BlueDart who says about commitment and play with our future.
