[Resolved] BookMyShow — Booking Error

There was some while I was trying to book a movie wid Goplan Grand Mall in bangalore. Got this error multiple times, was getting this eror "There seems to be a connectivity issue with the venue. You could try again in some time or choose a different venue (-112)" After many tries I was able to book but it has for a wrong date I tried to book for 19th but got ticket for 18Th. Contacted Cht support and they first said that I was lying that I got error and later when I provided error message, he accepted that there was a problem with the site but they cant do anything with the issue. He asked to me to counter and sell the ticket to someone. Why Should I pay for someone's mistake? More than all, they called me lair which is completely unacceptable. Instead of compensating or correcting the date, they r calling their customers a liars. Hope someone will address this soon. This is booking Confirmation No. : 1195890. I dint provide Booking ID as anyone can use it. Sudhir

Buggy website. I clicked on one theatre and it pulled up another theatre link in the outskirts of city with seating arrangements. I hastily booked without reading confirmation. Appalling cancellation policy. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The mentioned error is encountered in case of a network fluctuation with the cinema.

Our system only confirms the options selected by the customer at the time of booking tickets and does not randomly select the details such as show timings, venue etc. The details selected while booking are visible to the customer on three instances and need to be confirmed before proceeding to payment and hence there the possibility of any discrepancies regarding the booking are scarce.

However if you have faced some inconvenience, we would certainly look into it as soon receiving your contact details entered while transacting.
