[Resolved]  BookMyShow — Booking Error

There was some while I was trying to book a movie wid Goplan Grand Mall in bangalore. Got this error multiple times, was getting this eror "There seems to be a connectivity issue with the venue. You could try again in some time or choose a different venue (-112)" After many tries I was able to book but it has for a wrong date I tried to book for 19th but got ticket for 18Th. Contacted Cht support and they first said that I was lying that I got error and later when I provided error message, he accepted that there was a problem with the site but they cant do anything with the issue. He asked to me to counter and sell the ticket to someone. Why Should I pay for someone's mistake? More than all, they called me lair which is completely unacceptable. Instead of compensating or correcting the date, they r calling their customers a liars. Hope someone will address this soon. This is booking Confirmation No. : 1195890. I dint provide Booking ID as anyone can use it. Sudhir
