[Resolved] BookMyShow — rmoney not refunded after movie got postponed | |||
Hi, i have booked a ticket on 18-Oct-2012 for Damarukam Movie on 20-Oct-2012 and unfortunately the movie got postponed. i have mailed them several times but there is no use still they are saying that refund is in progress according to their FAQ(http://in.bookmyshow.com/static/faq.bms#TB) it should be refunded in one week or if it is more we mail them they will solve soon.
