when change your name of company from BPL to LOOP. your loop prepaid card has not working in my mobile set. previously BPL prepaid card was working smoothly. now also other companies prepaid card were working properly. but loop prepaid card still not working properly. I have three times exchange your card by paying your charges. Every time massege are showing that "SIM CARD REGISTRATION ARE FAILURE.' what is the meaning of that pl. tell me.Three year past I have use BPL service without fail. I like to use more but after change the name of your company I failed to connect with my callige. Not accepting the network. Pl record my complaint and reply me with solution urgent.

actually i want my favourite song to be available in loop mobiles system. Song I love you my angel from Movie Pyare mohan. I requested five months ago but still not available in their services. I just want to set the said song for my caller tunes
When i was set my caller tune code which i got from www.loopmobile.in site
but my caller tune can't be set. i got charge 3 Rs. per SMS.
I got a message this code is wrong.
i again try another code from the website. again i got the same message.
Then i talk to customer care then said this code deactivate our system sorry we can't help you.

loop service is crap, they just charge for some thing as well as they do not provide any proper service,
the caller tune facility is really very very very ...poor...
the loop network is gone to dogs . the people who are sitting in customercare does not know anything . they bloody dont even know about the code of called tune . they refer to website . i left the loop and I suggest to everyone othernetwork but not loop.
