[Resolved]  Brand Factory — loss of colour of cloth

I had bought a jeans in the month of october 2010 for the price of Rs.1899 from brand factory store, kankariya, ahmedabad. The brand was pepe jeans. when i wear the said jeans the color ran onto the undergarments. on 29/11/2010 I went back to brand factory Store and Complaint about jeans. they collect my both jeans give assurance of exchange it. but till today they are not give it me back till today 17/02/2011. my exchange request form no. is 3771,dated: 29/11/2010.
