i am not getting broadband usage details.after giving entire information it displays message"NO RECORDS FOUND".
I am unable to log into the site where from I an view my BB usage. Earliler I could view it. But after the hard disk of my computer was replaced for its crash, the site is refusing my ID as well as the password. Plese let me have my user Id and password through my above noted e-mail Id. ( I might be putting wrong Id / password)
Non receipt of bill
