I fully agree with you on the continuing problems with BSES wrt POOR services.
I also logged complaint in the same regard..sub: "BSES Complaints - Poor service on installation of sub transformer (sanctioned for 3 years now) in Meera Bagh, A block (house num# 255 -289)"
