To, The Electoral Registration Officer, AC-34 Matiala (Gen), New Delhi.110059 I am a resident of I--4/87, II Floor, Sector -16, Rohini, New -- Delhi -- 110089, In the voter list the names of my wife & son were wrongly printed.The voter ID cards were depositted back with new forms at your Election office at Prahaladpur, but we have not received back our Photo ID cards.
