[Resolved]  BSES Delhi - Safdarjung Enclave — complaints not followed

Dear Sir, I hv applied for a new connection and the work was materialized only after 3 months after several follow-ups.

But the new meter wiring was wrongly done and the staff of BSES went back.

Regarding this a complaint letter to rectify the problem has been submitted to the BSES Delhi-Safdarjung Enclave office, and it's almost 8 days up, regulary visiting the office to rectify the problem, but the staff over there remains saying that "the work will be done today evening".

But till today no one turned up to resolve the issue. Regarding this i contacted the CC, where they don't have much information, kept on saying that "u only have to visit the SJE office " customer care has nothing to do with it.

This is for the concern to act promptly to resolve the issue.

This is regarding meter fast complaint no followup from the bses.
Their software is not working due to this they can't do anything in this manner they are not accepting the
writen complaint or if possible please leave your contact no. we will call you but no followup so who will take care there is no authorised officer.

So anybody is there for resolve this problem please contact.

After many times follow up regarding the low voltage in our phase but no satisfaction action should not be taken from BESE, Okhla Phase -1 Office, they told us today itself the problem will be shortout but somany today has gone out, no action have taken from Okhla office. So please take a quick action regarding the same which we shall be ever great full to you.
