[Resolved] BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd — No Power in New Krishna Park

I would like to complaint regarding BSES Power, who are supposed to provide power to the state.
I stay in New Krishna Park, New Delhi -18, This is near vikas puri.

For the last two days we are getting power for only 15-20min and then power failure of 2hrs... this is happening for the last two days. Which means we are getting power only for 4-5 Hrs in a Day only, although there is reasonably good power in our surrounding areas like Vikas puri & Janakpuri.

I would like BSES representatives to look into the supply conditions specially for New Krishna Park and resolve the issue as early and restore normalcy in power supply to our colony.

bses ltd — wrong fine issue

I recently got a notice from bses for missue of my domestic connection.I was very surprised to see that because there is no commercial use of there power is being used .I now feel very confused what to do.please suggest

i m facing very bad service im my area from almost last week. every day power get down at least for 3 times in a day. whene ever i call to customer care they give 45 min.time to resolve it but it take always more thant 2 hrs. i
it possible that every dont know what the wrong with u and your people line man never comes at time. how day power equepment get breakdown. one phase get down.no reply for any complaint.when line mans comes and do some work why they let opened all boxes.do you people have any responsblty or not every day i give at
least 3 compliants.[protected] these are my complisnts no.every night i face power braekdown problam
