[Resolved]  BSES Ypl. — Not receiving Pay Slip & ESI Card

Dear Sir,

I want to draw your kind attention about my ESI & Payslip.i am the empioyee of Adecco Flexione pvt.solution & present working for BSES YPL. as LINEMAN ASSO. at the location in Surajmal Vihar Store ( C & M ).My Employee ID. is FWoo4778.
In the month of Mar.- Apr. i had applied for ESI CARD but i have not received till now date. i had required my monthly payslip but not received.
You are requisted to give my all Payslip & to give my ESI Card early to early.
